All in all good quality products however the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was interested in buying a pair of shoes however there was no place to try them on. When I decided to purchase the shoes I was taken downstairs to the till where I was left in quite a large queue with no explanation. I stood for about 10 minutes whilst everyone else was being served. There were tillpoints in the gents department why couldnt they open them up and reduce the queues downstairs.

There is some really patient staff here to have tolerated a bunch of noisy guys like us. There was a Sale on certain lines and we were able to afford quite a few things. It is a nice store to visit in City Centre.

Very chuffed to find Massimo in Scotland! Unfortunately they don't supply my size in most things. I'm not that big yo! size 40 trousers shouldn't be an issue. Nor should size 50 chest. :(

Poor customer service, staff stressed at till point, manageress stayed upstairs in gents department which was empty, felt sorry for girls and what's with all the ear pieces, hows these girls supposed to concentrate with all that chattering, must go home exhausted...
