T. C.I was there yesterday and apart from the good quality low price goods I was overwhelmed by the staff, in particular the store manager Ellen. A great big 5 + stars to this lady who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I had everything I was looking for. Never have I received such service - too often you read about complaints and I just wanted to highlight just how friendly, helpful, professional and informative Ellen was. Top Notch, and as a result I will most definitely be back at that branch.
K. K.Well-stocked Matalan with all items you would expect, even the items in select stores only. Saved us from a bind with a well priced suitcase (£26 for a large one) and was easy to navigate, even in a wheelchair. Prices are reasonable, sizes inclusive and the store is well laid out. Staff are cheerful and open to helping you out if you struggle to find items.
Well worth a visit, even if you're looking for something you're not sure they'll have.. Like we thought about the suitcase!

J. M.Great bargains today especially for matalan card holders, great personalised gifts with initials ideal for young girls. Sadly lift is out of order so anyone with a pram cannot get to the upper level. Apart from that nice staff
D. M.It's okay, had what I needed. Offers a decent selection of quality cotton shirts for men, which is what I was looking for. Much more choice for the ladies, but we won't go there!
