B. B.I usually like next style of clothing. However, I recently went shopping for a suit here and was left disappointed with the selection of styles and sizes. When I found a suit that I liked they didn't have my size.

Additionally, the customer service staff are incredibly helpful and nice, which makes for an surprisingly nice experience. And compared to other shops within the Buchanan Galleries, this one has the best value by far.
a. m.Great, friendly customer service as always. I can't find jeans as comfy as Next's anywhere else, no matter how much I spend, not really a varied selection of them to choose from which may not please others but what they do have suits me just fine.
N.Staff are very helpful and actually try to help you find what you are looking for. I've shopped at Next for years and it's usually a hot or a miss for me with the seasons but I do like the shirts and shoes from Next. This was always the first place I'd look for clothes.

P.Visited Next Buchanan Galleries with my Fiance, My Fiance wanted to buy a dress, there was only one dress on the hanger in her size but it had a damaged zip.The person serving called Ryan, went out of his way to search the computer for more stock and said that there should be another one in the store. He then went and searched the store and found the dress which in perfect condition.
His attitude and williness to help was superb. Well done to Ryan and Next for a great experiance.
