4 star mainly for the attempt at portraying diversity, at least in their marketing and publicity. Impressed with a lot of advertisement showing and portraying people of different races, physical looks and appearance, but the workforce was predominantly and overwhelmingly of the same race. You do the maths! This store is definitely one of the cleanest shop floors of Primark I have ever visited.

A good Primark with a decent amount of floorspace which allows for plenty of stock and a good variety of styles. the interaction with staff was minimal but pleasant, they were very helpful. The space is deceptive as it seems to just keep going as you turn a corner, this is true on all floors.

Cheap quality clothing and home ware. Was able to locate what I needed quickly. Huge check out queue went down really fast. Girl at checkout was friendly and efficient. Only downside is the AC in all Glasgow stores needing an upgrade! Shops are exhausting even mid winter.

I shop at this at store often, the clothes are excellent quality, the shoes and sandals are great as well. The store has a bold outlook with the neon blue lights outside. I can easily spend £300 in here to last me a while. The company needs to watch out for competitors as Poundland is starting to do a range for cheaper. I recommend you put on offers. I would put in a cafe to bring more jobs for people.

A big choice of jackets, coats and seasonal clothes as well as various miscellaneous items. I liked the stands explaining how they recycle plastic into fibre, as many items in the shop have a label "made from recycled plastic".

Dont buy everything you see. Best place for clothing especially for students from developing countries. My suggestion: As a student, I find jeans and shirts are very ch than in India. Indian currency explanation: I used to spend 4 to 5k (INR) on one pair of jeans but here I can spend only 1k (INR) or more to buy good quality jeans and shirts are way cheaper than any other place. But, as I said some are worthless to buy like shoes, etc... Please, use your knowledge and don't buy everything unless you have to use it for an ample amount of time.

This is a really decent Primark - huge range, lots of space over 3 floors. It’s never going to be the best customer experience (you get what you pay for) but if you’re looking for cheap clothes then this is the place. The clothes themselves tend to be pretty small made and the quality isn’t always amazing. The staff can be hit or miss - it depends who serves you. It’s usually a really busy store and can get pretty warm. However, if you know this before you go in then you’ll know what to expect.

Love this shop, could easily spend a fortune but need to rein in the purse strings or you'd be broke. Going in early is good, plenty of time to browse but going in later and the place is crowded and can be very restricted and messy.

I like the store as I buy my clothes and the rest of my stuff from there, but today (Thursday 24th June 2021) went into Primark but I had a coffee in my hand that I bought from McDonald’s and as I entered the female sercurity women turned round and told me told leave and drink my coffee outside now I hadn’t even opened it, and i told her that I have a disability and am disabled but she told me that it doesn’t matter. And am so angry I feel as though I have been discriminated again and it has upset me. Is there any rules stating that a person that has got a disability or is disabled or a non disabled person aloud to enter the store with a drink that is covered and unopened. Maybe I should report her to the manager.

Relatively cheap prices and honestly thinking quality of clothing getting better. I find their sizing to be pretty poor on some of their clothing so best to try on if you have the time. If not the returns are quickly dealt with. Today I purchased some water bottles, the kind where you can put fruit pieces in. I've bought these before and found the price to be good. Only reason for replacing is family/friends have the habit in this good weather of leaving with them. I find the staff to be extremely helpful and very pleasant.

I also chose a number of accessories for really good prices and they were so cute. If someone wants to buy cheap but good quality clothes this is definitely the place to go. Primary has a great choice of men's women's and children's clothes and home range at excellent value. They are always changing the selection of products in-store. One thing you have to be aware of if you're in one of the stores and see something you like but can't get it in your size don't rely on going to the next store to find it in your size as they don't always have the same ranges of products. I do like their men's suits clothing and shoes as I can get clothes that fit me as I am 6-ft lanky and skinny with a size 12 shoe this can make it difficult for me to find stuff at a reasonable price. The Staff The staff here have always been accommodating with me being in a wheelchair offers to carry stuff or put stuff at the check out for me to get later. Accessibility If you use a wheelchair, you will have no problem getting into this store or getting around, and there's a lift to the second floor. But I do find being in a wheelchair. If you touch anything metal in the store, as you get a shock just a little word of caution for anyone using a wheelchair.

Cheap items and friendly staff! But be careful when it comes to clothing sizes, it's sometimes wrong. Occasionally, some items are fitted wrong or are a little dirty, however this place is also swarming with people. It's very busy! Its possible this is the cause for some items not being to there full standard. Overall there is really good deals and items, but be careful when you look for things and ensure it is the right size and no one has ruined it.

Primark is a great place to find value clothes, specially if you are looking for basics. One of the things I particularly like about it is the variety of patterns and colors available for their garments. This together with the low prices may be the reasons why Primark is often crowded with people buying huge amounts of clothes, specially in the UK. However, the variety of tailoring styles and fittings of the garments themselves may not be as wide as in other stores. But that also depends on the season. Another interesting feature of Primark that I particularly like about it is the collections featuring famous films/series/games. For example, if you are a fan of Harry Potter, you can usually find nice clothes and home accessories inspired on the books/films. Moreover, these products tend to be as cute (or even cuter) than those sold at "official" stores but for a fraction of the price.

3 floors has its pro's and cons. Great for bigger selection but not if you're short in energy or time. For the size of the premises they do well on keeping on top of tidying rails. Better signage for what is where would be helpful though.

Sanitizer and a wait zone outside the ship but as soon as your inside customers will not adhere to the 2 meter distance of other customers. Even staff walking right up and into my daughter's and my own 2 meter space. Still high numbers of people in the shop at any one time. It's a massive Primark. Can't argue about the selection. Staff are really friendly too - I don't know how though when they're suffering with the heat in this place. Really, really needs some air conditioning! It's almost unbearably warm. Mentioned it to some of the staff as chatter and they usually respond with something like "this isn't even that bad".

Very huge store, primark in argyle street Glasgow is so huge. It has 2 entries. During covid there are 1 entrance and another one is exit. It has 3 floors including ground. Ground floor has women's clothing and bag collection and makeup, accessories etc. First floor has Men's and women's clothing, and lingerie. Second floor has kids and homeware. This store has always latest and up to date collection. Store has escalators and lifts so friendly for buggy and pram holders.

Large store. Layout out changed due to refurb last year which appears to be better organised. Can always grab a bargin in here no matter what your budget is. There seems to be a theme of Disney characters throughout the year which is a good selling point & has massive choice, from clothing, night wear & homewear all involving the particular theme. Plenty of collections for all ages. It's located in prime place of Glasgow. I found more collection than other primark in the city. Sales are always on going in this shop. You can get casual, formals, clothing, shoes, kids ware, Sunglass, tie, umbrella, slipper, belt, hat, wood, scarf, etc., Staff are helpful to find your right product. No long queue, billing of quick. Walkable distance from Glasgow Buchanan bus station. Near Buchanan Street, next to Subway.

As Primarks go, this is the most Primark of them all. Which, for people who love it, that's great! For me it's where dreams go to die. Every time I have to go to Primark I think "Can't the moon crash in to me instead?" and every time, the moon has forsaken me. I'm only giving them 3 stars because it's great for getting Christmas presents, but for me, it's hell doing it. Again, if you enjoy Primark and its variety and cost, this one will definitely impress, it's huge and very well stocked, and I don't judge anyone for loving it, more power to you. And your money goes far here, and all the big names use sweatshops so you're not doing any worse here. But I'd prefer to staple my knees to an angry tiger, frankly. Not for moral reasons, purely for reasons of my own sanity.

Store aint too bad just your usual primark with the odd item on the floor here and there. Took our items to the check out and asked if we wanted any bags. We took him up on the offer he filled 2 bags full to the top with stuff which might have got away with on a dry day just. As usual in scotland it has been known to be slightly wet from time to time and this day was one of them, we lasted about 50 yards before the handles gave up first then the sides just started bursting. I don't think they should be charging for bags that couldn't hold their own weight and for that you have lost a gold star

Friendly but tired looking staff. Very busy shop that can't stay tidy for long due to the customer traffic. I always get frustrated in Primark because they insist on stocking far too many small sizes and not enough big sizes. Perhaps Primark should look again at what are the most popular sizes in Glasgow and stock more of that size and less small sizes. When I say small, I mean really tiny. Sizes 6 - 8 are NOT the average size of Glaswegian ladies and more selection, from size 16 up should be available.

Cheap fashion at a low price. Clothing looks decent but after its washed most of the time clothes shape distorts, colour fades etc. But that's nothing to do with this particular shop. This shop is in prime location in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, next door to the shop Next, where you get good clothing at 3 or 4 times the cost of its neighbour.. The staff is perfect, manager as well, very professional. My girlfriend broke her shoes and took a few new pair. She worn a pair but she didn't take off the price, obviously, because she had to pay. When we were in a queue,one girl ask and says that she need to buy the shoes and after wear it. We try to explain the situation, and in the first moment is evreything ok, but after a couple a minutes this girls started to scream, like if we didn't explain nothing, and called my girlfriend thief. After this screams the manager came and we try to explain the situation when this girls still screaming . After all...the manager with all the professional of this world, the staff as well, invited us to go to the tills and pay,apologising for her behaviour unacceptable.
