Extremely helpful staff. Smiles genuine. Got free booze. Like you'd expect!! All part of the service (so you would buy of course!) l bought a bracelet n socks... I actually don't like Ted Baker clothes as they are 2 girly for me. Typical designer brand. I go 4 the bag. Lol!
