Mandy took the time to find out what I needed, found me the perfect replacement, in the perfect colour, all done online. Paying was a smooth process, and when the parcel arrived it was meticulously wrapped, boxed, and sealed against damp. If there were a sixth star I could award I would do it. Marvellous service!

In these unprecedented times it is good to start to slowly get back to some sort of normality especially for the small businesses facing an uncertain future. Mandy is very well prepared and organised for a very safe, personal and exclusive shopping experience. Hand sanitiser, masks and gloves are available for your protection and the premises are spotlessly clean, spacious and well presented with new stock continuing to arrive. I was looking for a particular style of handbag and prior to my appointment, Mandy was more than happy to send me several images of bags available to her and ordered my choice. Not only did I leave with my new bag but I also purchased a new summer jumpsuit. Knowing her stock is not available in the well known high street shops makes each purchase that little bit more special. I am also a great fan of the Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics available in her boutique. Highly recommend you book an appointment at DJV Boutique.

W.Great personal experience - Visited Ipswich from Cardiff with my girlfriend a few weeks ago, staff were very welcoming, i was even offered a drink whilst i waited... for my girlfriend... who was trying on the many clothes she had taken to the changing room haha. The clothes, which are branded, seem unique, almost like one offs, on our visit we could really feel the personal touch.
