The clothing is wearable which is a pro, but I'm mostly angered by the fact that there is no man's or universal trying area, only women's, and I know that their main target audience is female but still. Hell, even next or primark does it. Otherwise, the service was nominal and there were no problems there.

Went to the New Look in Ipswich and I have to say the service was brilliant. I went with my girlfriend to get her some boots and we found the ones she wanted however she had no size so Carly the girl there that served us got the shoes online and got us a discount on them. My girlfriend got her shoes today and she was very happy. Just wanted to say thanks Carry ...you doing a good job

We pooped in here to look for a dress for my wife although we knew that really the shop caters for a younger clientele , however although there was nothing suitable for my wife the shop was well persented and very tidy with a wide range of products . Added to this the staff were very helpful and friendly.
