Bought a new cozy jacket today...not too happy with the zip fastening tho.its very stiff and keeps getting stuck . Dont expect that from a £100 item ! I will pop back in tomorrow with it . Staff were very helpfull and pleasant .

I went into the Ipswich store for the first time,I was greeted by a young friendly girl on the till, she was very welcoming she informed me about the changing rooms being open and after I had tried it on i was to hand it back to her, unfortunately the item wasn’t suitable but even though I didn’t buy it, she smiled and said thanks a nice experience shall visit the store again.

glad the town finally got a Superdry store but its way under sized and thus doesnt carry a huge range, i can only hope with time comes success and expansion.
