A huge thank you to Sally for her exceptional customer service yesterday. We’re new to horse riding and needed helmets and footwear- we’d been to a couple of places locally but all they were interested in was the sale, to be honest one shop didn’t seem bothered about the sale! Sally spent time with us, explained our options and the differences and gave us the space to make our decision. We left with two helmets and two pairs of boots very happy. Would highly recommend a visit.

Outstanding customer service at this store. They dealt with a return for me which was a manufacturing fault on a pair of boots from Harkila, and they not only replaced them in lightning speed, but also included a free bottle of waterproofing for my replacement boots! If you like the outdoors Farley’s will help attire you properly. An excellent range of clothing with very good stock levels. Staff are very helpful and couldn’t do enough to offer advice without being pushy. They also have a very good website so if you are not local to Kibworth you can also benefit from their excellent customer service.

We used Farleys for the hire of the mens wedding suits. We selected the tweed range for 4 adults and 1 3 year old. The suits were chosen well over a year before the wedding due to covid it got postponed...when we went back to confirm our choices and decide on colours for pocket squares etc we were greeted by one of the loveliest people you could meet....Sally....she helped my husband and myself put different colour options together to get the perfect match for the bridesmaid dresses and also what worked with the venue setting. Sally knows her job so well...she was able to size the men up just by looking at them....nothing was ever too much trouble for her...she was so accommodating and did everything she could to make the process of trying on the suits simple for our 3 year old and my dad who has a disability. Sally could not do enough to make sure everything was perfect for us. When we asked if we could have a different size waistcoat for our 3 year old just a couple of days before the wedding she made this happen. Thankfully to Sally she made that part of the wedding easy and we cannot thank her enough. You will not be disappointed with Farleys especially Sally...they do all they can to help and make sure you're entirely happy with every aspect.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RETAILER! I have had no end of trouble trying to contact this retailer after my order was only partially delivered. I have since sent several emails over the last 3 weeks and I am yet to receive a reply. I have tried calling numerous times - no one answers the phone! I am beyond infuriated with their lack of customer service, and unresponsiveness. If you can source your item elsewhere, I would advise you to. *Update. I finally got through on the phone and the woman I spoke to could not apologise enough. There had been a problem with the order at the warehouse. Later on, after seeing this review, someone else from A Farley called me to personally apologise. Looks like my case might have been a one off, and while the lack of response was frustrating, their handling of the issue since then has been without fault

I’m extremely happy that I chose to buy my Dubarry boots from A Farley Country Attire. Of course they offered a good price - always important. I had ordered the slim fit option and they were on-the-ball enough to double check with me that this was right, before shipping. Spent five years trying to find my perfect replacement boots after my previous pair wore out, and settled on the Ariat Wythburn..... the first pair had a fault, but replacements were promptly sent and I absolutely adore them, very glad I got them and hoping they will do me a long time - very warm in icy weather so I'm glad I didn't go for the insulated ones! I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from A Farley Country Attire. I ordered a pair of Barker shoes online which were promptly delivered in the most beautiful box with spare laces, shoe trees and shoe bags. I have never owned such a magnificent pair of shoes. Unfortunately, having never bought Barker shoes before, I ordered a size 9 which transpired to be too big. I returned the shoes using the returns service offered by A Farley and promptly received the correct size within a week. As part of the process, I had direct correspondence with Holly Lodge whose customer service was impeccable. The shoes are superb and dealing with your company could not have been easier. A very professional service and I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Excellent and polite service. The Meyer smart chino trousers, purchased for my husband, are excellent quality, well worth the money. My husband said they are extremely comfortable, very crease resistant and still look great at the end of a day in the office. He now has 4 pairs, light weight and the heavier weight. The short sleeved shirt I ordered for him is also great quality material, washes well and irons very easily. The shirt was delayed in delivery but I had a phone call to say why it was delayed and it was delivered by express delivery once back in stock. I came across, A. Farley Country Attire when looking for some breeks for shooting, not only were they the most competitively priced, but they also had great reviews and a UK store. Something I now look for having been scammed in the past when thinking I have found a cheap deal. The items I ordered arrived well within the time frame expected, well packed and in perfect condition. But required to be returned to A Farley as I was somewhat off with the size I required. Returning the items was easy, I was notified at every stage of the process, that the items were in transit to them, that they had received the items and when the refund had been processed. Not only did they have Barker shoes the size width I required but also the style, colour and quality. The shoes came with shoe lift, plus the offer of a very useful gift. I wanted a pair of Loakes for Christmas so Googled Penny Loafers. Farleys were easily the cheapest. I was wary of ordering because I hadn't heard of them but I needn't have worried. All very expensive but no doubt good, if that's your bag. Does Barbour too but then everyone does and John Lewis have a bigger range of their stuff. Young woman pleasant and helpful but they only have the premium ranges in-store, with everything else online. They are happy to order in for you but, to be perfectly honest, you're better doing your online research first. If you want a premium item fine, it's worth the journey but check sizing availability direct before you travel. Good, interesting to visit for the first time but not quite what I expected.
