I came in for a suit purchase for a next day wedding. The lady there (didn't get her name) was great in helping me and nothing was too much trouble. Fab friendly service, no fuss how it should be. Thanks Moss Bros Leicester for saving the day!

Came in to get a suit for my engagement party, Omar who was working at the time spent a huge amount of effort with me helping me put together a whole outfit from scratch and paid a lot of attention to details very good experience will recommend to anyone else looking to get a suit. Visited the store to arrange suit hire for our wedding, initially seemed to hit a big problem hiring/buying a childrens suit to match the groomsmen... however the gentleman assisting us upstairs went above and beyond to fix the problem for us! Called us twice the next day to keep us updated with the situation, and it's now sorted! Couldn't be happier 😁 Suits also look fab! Would highly recommend visiting the Leicester store ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was OK but didn't have an amazing selection of suits for someone who won't fit in to slim fit suits. Went to suits direct and within 15mins I'm walking out with a full suit and shoes for the price of a jacket here.

I visited to buy a suit for my friends wedding. At first I walked in and the place is small with a nice assortment of good looking stuff, and the simple fit every occasion types too. I knew what I wanted and described it to the gentleman that looks after the counter. He made a few suggestions, and shared with me a few things about clothing during the conversation. He himself was dressed very elegant. He even discouraged me from some products that he felt did not fit the occasion or the suit I chose. I was impressed and felt I am talking with the right person. After that and without further due I tried the suit I picked and it fitted me like it was made just for me. All my friends said I look amazing and the suit really made a difference for me. Make sure you visit this place if you're after good quality and satisfying product.

We have visited and shopped from three Moss Bros stores in the last two weeks and each have given exceptional customer service. We have been measured, served, advised, assisted without delay or issue on each occasion. When we needed a refund the service remained the same. We witnessed other customers also receiving great customer service.

Came in on a long shot to have an older pair of trousers replaced but the colour and size wasn’t in store. RYAN rang round till another store found the size I needed and also pleaded to have them posted first class as the stock delivery van wouldn’t be able to bring them till Wednesday. Outstanding customer service!

I went for the Tailor Me suit to create a truly unique wedding suit. The range of materials and styles was superb and there was so much that could be customised (from lapels to buttons to inside lining to the tiny stitching). Overall the Tailor Me was great value for money, but what really made me choose Moss Bros. in Leicester was the fantastic customer service we received.

Outstanding service from the moment go, Served by Chetan who helped myself and my Father to choose a suit, sized us up and got a nice fitting, Chetan was also serving other customers but did not at all made us felt left out of rushed. thank you very much and will be shopping there again. In the world of online presence the art of customers service feels as if its fading. However, I am glad to report that the service received by Chetan at Mos Bros definitely confirms that great customer service is still well and truly alive. Myself and my Father left the shop extremely satisfied. Thank you.

5 stars for the regular Guy who sold me a DKNY suit and recommended a local tailor. 1 star for the manager or whatever he was who was shouting at the staff on the floor in front of customers about customer service not being good enough. (Smart suit tall with Orange tie) When you enter a respectable suit store you expect a good level of service. I'm sure things can be said in the office behind closed doors.
