I found out about Nim’s when I was getting married and made the journey there from London. The team was so friendly and helpful, it was such a nice experience. Ever since then, I’ve ordered lots of stuff online - from clothes to jewellery. Whenever I’ve needed more info I’ve always called or emailed and been surprised at how nice the staff always are! Definitely not the same experience in other Asian shopping areas (like southall where people are NEVER friendly 😂). Lovely clothes, beautiful jewellery and super nice team. Recommend!

Nim’s Boutique is an absolute gem of a find! Didn’t know what to expect but was absolutely blown away by the amazing outfits, stunning jewellery and above all the incredible team! The store use to be based in Greent Street, London and when I found out that they had moved to Leicester I was so gutted!! I was a little apprehensive about purchasing my jewellery online, but was so surprised at how quick my items were delivered to me. Hey All, I had been looking for a bright but unusual handbag and fell upon Nim's Boutique. I fell in love with this handbag. I had placed the order on a Bank Holiday Monday (August) I received today. So happy with the quality and service received 🙌 It came wrapped so it didn't ruin the detailing.

Nims Boutique offers great customer service! I’ve visited and purchased items from the store a few times and I’ve always felt very welcome by the staff. They allow you to take your time when browsing the store and are really helpful in offering advice.

I've purchases twice, one was an online order, £35 earings but I didn't feel they were a reflection of the price. Plastic backing which don't really fit. I understand its due to people having reactions but maybe having plastic and silver or gold plated included would be that little extra value for money. 2nd purchase was in store. I had my 7 year old daughter with me who needed the toilet. I was told she would have to go a cross the road and wasn't able to use the toilet as it was staff only. I completely get this for adults due to covid, health and safety etc. I was hoping an exception could be made for a child. Especially as I was a paying customer. I then had the barbers, shop next door and takeaway all turn us away as we were not their customer. Thank you to the kind lady at the hairdressers who reluctantly let my daughter use her toilet. We came back to the store to complete our purchase and no mention of the toilet situation. We travelled from out of town but won't be doing that again.

I have had 2 bridal virtual calls with Nim and she has been absolutely fantastic! It's very difficult to see the product clearly via a video call so she has done everything possible to make it easier like sending photos and videos of the outfit after the call. Her range is beautiful! Needed some last minute outfits for a Diwali event. I placed an online order for a ready-made gown and a gota-patti pajami suit. I was so pleased with the rapid delivery and the look. I’m not fond of the selection most online desi retailers carry, but this boutique store is just perfect. Note on Quality: Gown well-lined and weighted at the bottom creating a lovely fall. No falling gems or sequins-always a good sign!
