I really enjoyed shopping at primark. Done shopping for little boys and little girls they had lots of choose. Plus I got two men jackets only £10 really worth buying.

This Primark is always so full sometimes its impossible to breath. No matter the day or time you go, full full to the brim. Shelves are for the most part neat and tidy, there is staff all over the place taking care of things, however some employees do not know the clothes range very well and dismiss you by saying they don't have the item you asked for. I understand that it can be hard to know every item at the store but a little effort trying to help the customer will only be good. I eventually found the item, that the lady said they didn't have anymore. Changing rooms could do with a good deep clean, I don't know what people do in there but doesn't seem to be clothes changing. Its an affordable store, I've purchased many good things, specially pyjamas. But some items aren't worth buying as they will deteriorate with washes quicker. The escalators at this store seem to need maintenance very often, might be good to look at that too.

This place is having many items that everyone needs to wear and to use. Since it almost summer, so their collection comes with many beautiful mode also the price is make sense. But again i got bad experience with paying at cashier. Why they like to accusing about the card that i have since it came with signature verification. I own it from many years. Popped in to buy some clothes for my baby this morning. Within about 5mins he wanted feeding so I made my way to the changing rooms, and said I don't actually want to try anything on.m, I just need to [breast]feed my baby. The lady showed me to the accessible changing room that was more comfy than a standard cubicle. It was greatly appreciated especially as I need to change him too. Thank you. I would be nice if there was somewhere to breastfeed in stores.

It's okay .. aisles are very compact and crowded and they keep moving stuff around the store. This means it takes forever to find what you are looking for unless you ask for assistance, that too even they sometimes get confused while trying their best to help you through no fault of their own. It's because everything keeps getting shuffled every two weeks. Place looks messy untidy often overcrowded. It is pushchair friendly if you dare. Luckily I do not have that issue but do see a lot of parents struggle due to the narrow aisles.

Huge selection much bigger than our Loughborough branch. I was spoilt for choice. Spaced out better for wheelchair access i could get up and down the aisles without catching clothes and taking them with me. Very busy but the staff were excellent. I got to the tills and was served immediately at a wheelchair accessible till at the beginning of the row so I didn't have to queue. My server was a supervisor called karminder and she was so patient. We had 3 big separate bags of shopping myself and my 2 young daughters. Every thing was great until the last bag when I needed to use my apple pay and it didn't work. It took me half an hour to phone the bank set up Google pay on my phone to enable me to pay for my shopping. I was panicking but was calmed by the supervisor karminder who stayed and helped me do everything she went out of her way even though the shop was so busy to help me. Finally managed to pay for the last bag and she was still so lovely I can't thank her enough for how she treated me. I was so stressed and upset but she reassured me and saved my embarrassment. Great shopping experience.

I went to Primark yesterday. To have a look around and also get a few things. Its in Leicester town centre.Its also convient to all the buses. And the bus station is very nearer to Primark. Where people can catch their buses to go home or other parts of Leicester. The staff there are very helpful. And friendly.

Primark is always a go-to in my family and the Leicester branch holds a wide selection of clothes and items for all members. This store spans three floors and have thee entrance/exits leading to various stores. The prices are cheap, however, the items can vary in how long they actually last, depending on your washing routines. This particular branch can get very busy and can feel overwhelming for those who are tempature or noise sensitive. It is best to go there when it is less busy, whenever possible. The place is accessable to all, providing more than one elevator and escalator to ensure easy access and encourage traffic flow. The items are placed close together and most passages only allow one person/wheelchair/pushchair to access at a time. Patience is therefore encouraged when visiting this store to allow passage for others when browsing the items. Despite the amount of people that que to pay for items, the checkouts are many and can handle serval people at a time. This allows the line to go down fast. The employees have always been helpful, abeit overworked, and try to be efficient as possible.

Love Primark. If you need cheap stylish clothes its the place to go. Also they cater for pretty much all sizes and taste. They also do pretty good makeup,jewellery and kitchen stuff. I always check out the home wares because they change all the time so if you don t find what you want one week chances are you'll find it the next. Staff are friendly and willing to help. 5 stars.

Pretty crowded for a weekend. It was rather messy as the Saturday crowd had thrashed out all the folded pieces and lay them everywhere. Despite the best efforts of staff to keep organizing and folding, I guess this is what you can expect anytime. Oh joyus of joys going into primark after work....just like everyone else. Went in to get some work trousers and after wading through hordes of free radical toddlers and pushchair barricades I found them. Checkout line wasn't too bad although obviously not as fast as if they had an online store. All in all, I got what I needed in a somewhat reasonable time, can't complain (even though I just did).

First time going to this store . Process in place to reduce crowds, waited a few mins to go in but once inside, the shop was very crowded. On the 1st floor , ppl did not respect social distancing, but we have to be responsible for ourselves so not 100% Primarks fault. Clothing range looked very good wasn't able to go round the whole store due to my own personal issues with Social Distancing. What I could see I'd say its defo worth a visit again at a quieter time.

Lots of variety. Can become a bit chaotic with the amount of people shopping in here as it is a popular shop. Prices are good but I have noticed an increase in some prices compared to a year or so ago. I think some clothes can be made a bit small and not very generous with the material in some sizes. Apart from this, beauty products, hair accessories and jewellry etc are good value for money.

You kind of know what you're getting with Primark though, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, the quality of the clothes is excellent for the low price that they charge, and the selection across the multiple floors is vast.

Really helpful. Bought trainers from here last November and the soles started to leak. I had no receipt but spoke to the customer service desk and they allowed me to exchange them for a new pair to the same value. Staff were polite and helpful. Didn't spend much on the trainers and thought they were destined for the bin...but thanks to the staff here I now have dry feet!

There's usually quite a queue outside the door and around the corner, but the service is really quick and the line moves really fast so it's not more than 5 or 10 minutes wait. They have staff inside to inform people about the way to the exit and direct them to the correct till. They also keep track of the number of people inside so it's never too crowded.

Primark is a closing store and beyond; in fact here, we also find shoes, bags and homeward and more. As I said earlier, you can find everything at very affordable prices and accessible to all. It is located exactly in the city center; consequently people who are in the center for a walk often enter the shop for the affordable price and if they are willing to buy, ....definitely find ;needless to say , during the sales period it takes a lot of effort to enter to the shop and the checkouts, to pay are always crowded, at this point it is good to specify; by way of information only, that everyone. The fabrics used for the manufacture of the clothes do not seem to me to be of good quality because, after two washes, the clothes of ten than not shrink and the colored stuff often loses color. ....patience, considering the cost of these clothes, these situations, unpleasant in my opinion, they can happen having said that, I am always of the idea that, in any case a lance must be broken in favour of this shop, advising the same especially to those people who don't surf good finances; and to all those who have the desire to change clothes often, without necessary having to spend a lot.

Buy all my kids clothes here as they last and the prices are fantastic. The women's clothes are always on trend and last which for the price wasn't excepted on my first trip there. Love that you can buy Disney and Harry potter items and price is so cheap for them, staff friendly and helpful. Can get very messy from customers that can't be bothered to pick items up after dropping them. Two things that do annoy me is 1 they over fill the rails so you touch one or try looking through and they fall on off and 2 they seem to think that everyone is a size 6 to 10 as I really struggle to find my sizes which are 12 - 14.

Downstairs is like a jumble sale and upstairs is quieter. It's the customers that make the shop look scruffy because they just chuck things everywhere. It's one of those shops where so much is packed in so you have to spend time in it.The Staff are really friendly and polite which is a huge bonus.

My favourite store ever! I'd like to start with the fact that the store has three organised floors with sections divided by age and gender. I really love the fact that some stores make it easier for you to find things. Primark is one of those. I love the fact that Primark combines two important things that every shopper looks for: a good sense of fashion+reasonably priced goods. However, it seems that the prices have increased a bit lately, and I wonder why 🤔. Their branch in Leicester is by far my second favourite, right after the one in Coventry which offers more discounts all the time. I would recommend that they provide fashion for Muslim women because there are plenty of Muslim shoppers. That would surely bring some good profits.

Good sized store but the queue on Sunday was a joke! It was probably about 50 of not more long, queue was from one end to the other of the store and didn't seem to move. Ended up dumping the shopping and leaving

I do really like Primark! The clothes are always on top of the trends, and extremely affordable. You can even find Harry Potter merchandise and Disney! They also sell makeup, shoes, back to school stuff, and even stuff for your house on the very top floor! The store is very big and there is a lot to choose from, the queues tend to be very long but the staff always keep on top of it. It can be quite messy at times in Primark, but with the amount of customers it's a given! When buying, it's recommended not to look at the coat hangers for size information about the garment, because it's often inaccurate, but that's okay! You can find the info on the label of the actual item. I can't really fault the store, it's amazing! If you're looking for a specific item of clothing, Primark probably have it!

This place is okay for what I call throw away fashion. It is very reasonably priced , though sometimes you have to watch the quality. I have picked up some loose fitting trousers recently and when I got home they had a big hole down one side of the trouser leg. It is where the material had not been caught in the seem. So I would suggest to check the garment before purchase and also check the size is correct also. I do give credit to the customer services where I got offered a refund/exchange. There are plant more items for sale than just clothes and they are all worth a look. This is just my opinion but please do go and check t Primark out for yourselves.

Has loads of different women's wear. I don't think they have a lot of men's wear compared with women's wear. Customer service is amazing and I'm honestly okay with it.

You can pick up some real bargains here but you need to shop off peak if you want to have a proper look around. At busy times the whole place resembles a giant jumble sale and it becomes difficult to browse. Having said that, even when there are massive queues they are well organised staff wise and get them down quickly. Great range of make up that is not tested on animals and is a fraction of the prices in Boots and Superdrug.

It is difficult to get round in a wheelchair as it's always busy plus some areas in store the displays are too close together which means me & my chair struggle like mad, they do have a disabled till which helps loads! Primark is getting more expensive, and their products are still not top notch. Can't complain anyways. Clothing starts from about £2.50. One could get make up from £1. They sell bags and boxes. Primark is definitely a big shopping centre. I mean, it's ideal to buy things from here and mix up with things from other expensive places. Except most stuff they sell don't last, I've got a hoodie and a bag and I don't think they lasted 2 months before tearing up bit by bit, so yeah, you can buy things here for its beauty but they definitely might not last for a year. Quality over quantity or quantity over quality??? You decide. I hope this little review can help you with what to expect (in duration) when you go for shopping in primark. Overall, they've got beautiful things that are very attractive at the very first sight Gosh!! Well, have fun shopping adios!!!

Have you ever thought "I want some fairly cheap clothes and don't care too much about the quality thereof!" We'll look no further!! Primark, colloquially known as 'Primani' has just that! I find it fantastic for kids clothes as they grow out of them so fast. Their denim is actually surprisingly good and very cheap! There are also some good novelty items like Harry Potter stuff and other cartoon character tings, innit. We bought a duvet from here for my daughter and it lasted far longer than the Slumbernight one, so it's not all bad quality, just most of it... :)

Good shop! There's a lot of nice clothes, accessories, home stuff etc. The only things that annoy me is it isn't big enough for the amount of people who go in, it gets very crowded and sometimes it's hard to move round, the floor is usually covered in stuff, hangers mixed up so you can't pull just one thing off the rail, you pull loads, and a fair amount of the staff don't know what your on about if you ask them about a certain item, then some don't really say anything at all, mainly at the changin room entrance... Also I haven't got a clue what size I am in there anymore as the sizes are never like what they should be. I have tops from size 6 to 18 and I'm more of a size 12. I just go on whatever fits me when I try it on! I've been in quite a lot recently and got a lot of nice things, mainly Harry Potter and Disney stuff. It may be cheap compared to some places but it's still very easy to spend £40/50 on about 4/5 things.. Overall it's good, just needs some improvements

Pretty much what you expect from a Primark store.

I love Primark I can see it has improved throughout the years. Leicester Primark is quite big and it is so good to shop here. The only negative is I hate the shopping bags! And was refused a double bag as the paper bags rip, what do you expect it's paper and when you do lots of shopping in Primark they give you these paper bags and they rip so easily! They do not double them anymore! And now you can buy the plastic ones which look massive. Just the look of them I hate, hope they have better shopping bags in future!
