Amazing service and wonderful staff. I had the VIP treatment there with my own personal assistant. Very friendly and enjoyable experience. Thank you very much. The manager was wonderful and went beyond her duty looking for certain items not on the shop floor. I left the store feeling like a million Dollars.

Kay *manager* from the eastmidlands outlet was the most helpful. I had purchased alot of things as there was a sale, but the gentleman at the till had told me that the returns were 60days infact it was only 28days. I hadnt looked at the receipt and just carried on. Upon returning some of my purchases which werent didnt fit, my local store had told me i wouldnt get a refund and turned me away. I was left with unwanted goods which I knew i wouldnt wear and felt disheartened and dissapointed. I called the store and spoke to Kay who was helpful, listened to me thoroughly and although it was a 45minute drive to this store she gave me a full refund with a fantastic customer service. You are a credit to the company. Thank You

Large store with a good selection of clothing. A little pricey but you get what you pay for, it is after all quality stuff. The staff are friendly and very helpful, excellent customer service from the staff in store. Made it a pleasant experience, can't fault them.
