First time ordering from here and was pleased with the process. Ordered shoes and received the order very quickly. Will defo purchase again. I have read a few comments about people returning products and that they had to pay, it does say on the website and I was aware of this prior to ordering and factored that into the price I was paying. I did get the item cheaper from other places. As long as you read the details before you order then you won't have any issues, I guess items not getting delivered isn't a good experience so I can't comment on that. But just wanted to let others know who wanted to order that returns are charged, but you can pickup a bargain.

I was a bit sceptical of using this company, as I'd never heard of them and the TrustPilot reviews were very mixed (stock problems mainly). Plus, the prices seemed too good to be true... But I must have gotten lucky, as my purchase all went smoothly - I got both items ordered within their delivery timescales in time for Christmas. I'd certainly consider using them again :)

It wasn't exactly what I expected, the colour and style is good but the fabric is extremely thin, it would be OK for summer day so I will wear it then. This is the third time I have ordered slippers from Universal Textiles. The quality is excellent and it is so nice to be able to get a pair of plain colour slippers without patterns across the tops. It is also so nice to get slippers which don't have the inserts coming out after washing. Would definitely recommend them.

Purcgased Mens Heatguard Thinsulate Thermal Knitted Winter Gloves. It's that time of the year. I suffer with arthritis in one hand after an accident a few years ago. Got these for cold mornings walking my dog. Good fit. Warm. Not too bulky. Got a good grip for driving too as the fitting is quite tight. Would definitely recommend them. In fact I've bought three pairs.

Ordering and delivery were easy and very fast, plus not expecting the item to arrive so quickly I had not left instructions on my front door. The driver found a safe dry place to leave my jacket, so full marks to him. This should be a 5* review but I have marked down to 4* because of the sizing. I am a size 8/10 depending on the item. I only weigh 48 kilos. I ordered a size 10 Trespass waterproof jacket. The colour was a vibrant red and the jacket well made and both waterproof and wind proof. But the cut of the jacket was so small that I could only wear a thin long sleeve top underneath. I am keeping it because it will be fine for wet weather in spring/autumn but not for winter when you want to wrap up in thicker layers. I am going to order another in a different colour in size 12 (I have never been a size 12) and that should be fine for winter. I have left this review to advise other buyers to order up a size if the jacket is required for cold weather. I hope it has been helpful.

Very fast delivery of a lovely,quality coat from Universal Textiles..I had seen it at a much higher price on a different website and happened upon the identical garment on UT whilst simply browsing for "a coat",not specifically this one...but as soon as I realised it was there at such amazing value I ordered immediately and it was with me on the Thursday following my Sunday order! Hoodies lovely and snug and good choice of colours. However, variation in dimensions. I ordered three colours, all size small and they differ in length and to a lesser extent across chest. I ordered same in medium as some were quite short in the body. I ended up keeping one small and two mediums. Refunds for those returned issued without problem.

I used to buy from UT but then I forgot about them. Ordered what I thought were 100% cotton socks from a competitor which took forever to arrive and on arriving I found that they were almost entirely man-made fibre socks. So ordered a stack of 100% cotton socks from UT and sure enough they were 100% cotton. The quality of the socks is good and the price was very decent; the socks arrived nice and quick. I won't forget UT again.

I have been looking for this type of trouser for many years for playing Bowls competitions and have only been able to find every other make for Bowls are made from man made material and this type are very uncomfortable in the hot weather.
