H. B.I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Jack Walker for a couple of weeks whilst trying to find some safety boots for work for my very small feet. He went the extra mile every time we spoke, even going out of his way to find certain boots to measure their length and save the saga and expense of posting them out to me to then have them returned for being too big. Although I eventually had to concede defeat and accept that the boots I required simply did not come in my size, the service provided by Jack was outstanding to this very difficult customer! Thank you, Jack.
