I have loved shopping with Attitude Clothing! I order 3 pairs of shoes the last 2 weeks, 1 pair arrived with 1 shoe in a different size then the other one. Called up and Spoke to the team and they sorted the issue out super quick! In fact I had the replacement pair in my hands 2 days after the first pair arrived!!! Incredible!! Thanks Team 🖤

My package got lost which was pretty frustrating, though without fault of the company. Most likely bc I live in the states and this shipped from a ways away. With that being said, I’m not sure I’ll take that risk again. However, staff was responsive and helpful through the experience and I’m grateful for her patience and understanding! Can I just say this company are amazing. Royal mail sent my parcel to the wrong house and after having to open an investigation and getting nowhere I called Attitude clothing customer services. I've been ordering from Attitude for years and have always recieved my items quickly and found customer service to be helpful and friendly. I received a parcel yesterday and an item was missing so I called and spoke to a member of staff who was very apologetic. He went to look into my complaint, called me back within the hour and sent out my missing item there and then. I received it this morning; I'm very pleased. Thank you!

Took a very long time to come with the situation And having to preorder them but ordered some boots for my daughter for Xmas and Iam so happy they have just arrived in time. Long time waiting but Iam very happy now and it’s going to make my daughters Xmas. The only downfall I had was how long they took to come.I do recommend, I had good communication with the company.

Have been shopping with attitude Clothing for years recently ordered in October and all my order arrived super quickly besides the boots that I had pre-ordered but we are currently in a global pandemic and shipping companies are overworked right now so can't blame the company for any delays🤷 all the clothes were good quality and I was offered a refund on the shoes or to order a different pair that was in stock due to the delays superfast received responses to my emails relating to my order
