Can't fault the staff. They're friendly, helpful and honest. Been to other stores and the clothing options aren't half as nice.

Absolutely lovely and welcoming staff! I went in when it was quiet and I overheard 2 employees planning to design the shop window, they're very passionate about their job- which is refreshing to see in retail! Quality of the products is worth the money. Such an easy shopping experience.

My husband and I visited the store yesterday, we love Fat Face because of the quality of their clothing. We always find the staff pleasant and helpful but yesterday was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble (Checking upstairs for the sizes we required) In the event we purchased a coat each, we now look forward to returning to spend our vouchers next month. Beautiful clothes and friendly staff. They often get new lines in, so if you see something you like get it because it probably won't be there next time you visit!!

Funny name for a shop and clothing brand, isn't it? They've got some okay clothes, mostly overpriced in my opinion.
