Frequently shop in here. Cannot beat prices and clothes always wash up well. Went in on 15th October - ridiculous, soooo many people, queue a mile long. I was almost tempted to leave my shopping BUT, there was a chap in front of tills, making sure everyone moved onto an empty till. Fantastic. Within a VERY short time, I was in front of a cashier. So efficient. If that had been M and S, you would have been waiting for ever😡. Good on you Primark, you put your customers’ needs first and that is why you will still be on the high street when the likes of M and S will have shut shop.

This store is quite large and very orderly. We went on a Monday afternoon, in the summer holidays when it was reasonably busy and there was still plenty room to safely distance. Everything was in order and you could find everything you needed with ease. The sale was great and had some great things in it. The ladies clothes were on the ground floor and the kids and gents were on the first floor.

I personally love Primark because for all you kiwis and aussies out there, this is like our Kmart! They sell an abundant of clothes, accessories, makeup, belts, bags and shoes at reasonable prices. If you love Harry Potter, my god do they have a shitload of Harry Potter stuff. They sell homewares (a small amount of bedding, towels, kitchen wear and cushions here), sleepwear, bras (and YES! Sizes for the big chested woman out there... yay!) they even have some pretty decent jeans that I’ve purchased. Obviously you pay for what you get, so the quality won’t be amazing, BUT the quality for price is outstanding. I come here every day after work, because I could never look through everything in one day. The store is good, it does get stuffy (warm) and does get a little messy here and there, but that is because they have a whole lot of stock on the floors and only a small amount of people on the actual floor. They do great for what they have. You should never go when your rushed for time as you do tend to wait a little while through checkout.

Found the range of sports clothes and gym wear quite limited, there is also only one lift for the who store which is quite small, often times end up cueing for it. Its a primark so has all the things you come to expect of a primark. Spread over two levels, good for cheap clothes, freindly staff, mens is upstairs as is kids stuff which is annoying as you can only really fit one pram in the elevator comfortably. Still it's good

Went to primark in lincoln on the High Street on Saturday and it was manic. The queues were extremely long, and in this heat it wasn't a nice experience. The changing rooms had queues as long as the queues for the tills. We stood in the queue and waited and then a staff member decided to open the men's changing rooms. What annoyed us was that there was the reductions with the normal priced clothing so you automatically think those clothes are reduced.

Very good value clothing store, but often a bit too crowded to be a relaxing shop. This is testament to its popularity, of course. Long queues at times, but these are soon dealt with by a large number of staff. Can recommend the towels in the linen section too, as they wash and wear really well.

Attempted primark on a Saturday on the run up to Christmas was pleasantly surprised how it wasn't busy. I'm currently using a stick to help me get about and not so quick on my feet so was nice to be able to wander with my daughters and get down aisle and have such patient staff

Primark offers a wide range of clothing and household items for reasonable prices. However, their range of offerings for boys and men are substantially smaller than those for girls and women and sizes are an issue, with no sizes catering for the larger person.

I do like going into my local Primark (which is Lincoln) every so often. I found everything I wanted and it’s quite large so you can get around without bumping into people. Staff are friendly, and prices are still reasonable.

I always like Primary, but especially now, because they FINALLY have opened up some seating areas, ( at least in the Lincoln one). The last time I went to the Grimsby Primark, the air conditioning was poor and I wasn't feeling too well. But NO member of staff were allowed to let me have a chair to sit down. I have a walking disability & really needed a few minutes rest. Hopefully they too now have the seats back.

typically suited to women, its a big shop with a whole downstairs for women then go upstairs and a tiny corner for men, hardly any choice as the people in the know decide we only buy jeans & t-shirts in the summer, so only jumpers & coats available as a choice at this time of year, very good prices & lovely staff, shame about paper bags as they are useless in the rain, note to primark, Men go shopping as well.

I haven't been in here for a while and was impressed, it's alot more organized and mess free. Also was served by a very lovely polite lady.

Good prices & staff are polite. However, I was frustrated to see lady shoppers walking around the store without masks or lanyards/ID to prove they are exempt. People also were not respecting the social distancing rules, particularly while queuing for the tills. One female member of staff did ask people to stand on the blue markers, but very few people took any notice & she walked away as soon as she said. I don't understand why stores do not enforce the rules.

Though my friend loves the place, I personally find some of the staff can be pretty rude. Today we had a lovely young lady help us with jeggings but sadly didnt see a name badge. Then at the tills an extremely rude older woman called Annabel. My friend is a disabled and very excitable woman and the way Annabel spoke was just downright disrespectful.

You can't argue with the price of kids clothes from here. Huge range and we've never had an issue with quality. Returns are handled quickly and easily (got the wrong size once). There's also beauty products, though I can't comment on the quality of those directly, my wife (and daughter now) keep dragging me back so they must be good too!

I know it's not their fault that the place is always crowded but it can be a frustrating place to browse around. Sometimes it is difficult to find what you are looking for but you get there in the end. Wish they would sell ladies trousers with a shorter leg because we aren't all 6ft 4 models with legs that never end 😂 Other than that though, the new look of the place is good and it's still the best place for bargains on clothing

It's a good size Primark with 2 floors and a lift and escalator to allow access for everyone. The changing rooms are a decent size and there are plenty of them so you never need to worry about waiting there when I have been. There is usually a wait at the tills, as I have usually been on a weekend this is expected, they always have a full staff team serving at the till though.

Very busy and should consider wearing a face mask as not everyone adheres to social distancing but Primark have clearly marked distances for the cue and even have a guy who stands at the back of the cue with a massive lollipop sign to tell people that the cue starts there. Staff also remind people when they forget about social distancing rules

A decent sized Primark. The tills have a wheelchair accessible area which does not require you to navigate the queue. The shelves are certainly designed for those standing up so I would recommend a shopping trip with a walking companion if you require anything above seated hight. The staff are attentive when you can find them (which in bust periods can be difficult) and will assist in reaching items down for you, but they are not always around to ask. The changing rooms have a fully equipped accessible changing room, with a fold out wall seat and grab rails in the correct places for chair to seat transfer should you require it, and a full length and well situated mirror.

Lincoln Primark store is big and well laid out. Over two floors you can find great prices for everyday clothing. Generally I found the products to be well made although at this price point I don't expect things to last as long. The best part, surprisingly, was the checkout which was well staffed and whistled through a long queue incredibly quickly.

This Primark in Lincoln was always messy and reminded me of a jumble sale as it never made much sense; however, they have now done an excellent job of redesigning the floors and bringing the shop into this century with similar layouts to other stores in major cities. I have to admit at times it still gets a little messy but i believe that to be the people of Lincoln who often cannot be bothered to treat the facilities respectfully, but there are always staff around willing to help. I see they put notices up about how they can be so cheap, but i also see some of the prices rising so i would watch out for that. I am very pleased to see the change and i hope more shops get on board.

Clothes are very affordable and fits nicely , they are also good material and very easy to clean . It is very clean , but could be more neatly presented : this is because many clothes are scattered on the floor and it makes the wonderful shop look messy , after the recent renovation , its neat tidy affordable ... what more could you want ? Customer lift been broken for ages only nidy been fixed been unable to get upstairs as my little one is scared of staff lift and when I have a double buggy and on my own I can't take him up the stairs he is terrified of the staff lift.

Cheap prices with a range of different clothing choices. Personally I hate going there... But my wife can spend hours there. There are benches just outside where you can sit and wait if you have a partner who loves to shop. Only real gripe is that they could do with a queue number screen so someone doesn't have to constantly call when they're free.

Okay if you want cheaper clothing, I personally don't shop here for myself as find the adults clothing doesn't last well and ends up with holes or seams coming apart. Children's clothing I've never found a problem with, maybe because they outgrow them before finding that out!

Cheap clothing for the masses ! If you are size XL or over, better keep walking as there will be nothing to fit you correctly nomatter what it says on the label. If you are a teenage girl though, or feel the desire to dress like an Eastern European woman, it's heaven.

First time in Primark since lockdown and was a bit worried about what it would be like but it was fine. A one way system in, just follow the barriers and a guard on the door counting people in and out. Hand sanitiser as soon as you're inside the door to use. Two metres all the way round whilst browsing and the same for queuing up. A pleasant shopping experience, probably better than usual. Hope this puts someone at ease if they're feeling a bit anxious too.

Quite a large store with a good selection of clothes for children and adults of both genders. They tend to keep up with what is fashionable and the clothes last just as long as anything from the likes of H&M, Topshop/man etc. What lets it down is the tiny selection of clothes for baby boys. There are about 4 times more items for baby girls.

Great value clothing. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Something for every occasion. *Addendum: As Google seem incapable of actually updating the hours correctly. On Thursday the store is still only open until 6pm, like every other weekday. The only time that the store may be open until 7pm is if late night shopping begins at Christmas, but this is only ever run for maximum 2 months. Avoid disappointment and get there before 6pm!

A typically very busy shop whatever day you visit. Don't wear a coat because it gets so hot and stuffy in there. They sell womens clothes and beauty products - downstairs, mens, kids and homewares upstairs. There is a lift and stairs and the front doors are wheelchair/pushchair friendly. There's usually a lot of cashiers open so queuing isn't so bad and lots of impulse buying nic nacs whilst your queuing to look at. The changing rooms are big and clean with an extra large room for wheelchair users. The staff are always pleasant and friendly -sometimes the other shoppers not so much! When you pay You are given a paper bag for your shopping which is prone to splitting and gapes wide open which can be a target for pickpockets so a good tip is to take some reusable or cloth bags with you to transfer your stuff into. (Probably not so bad when you buy just little things)
