A great store with friendly staff and a huge variety of lingerie. I went in today to be measured. After being warned there could be a 15-20 minute wait to be fitted, I was welcomed in to the fitting rooms within 10 minutes by a lovely girl called Charlotte who was so professional and helpful. Charlotte made me feel so comfortable and couldn't do enough to help me, despite being busy with lots of customers to see too. I will definitely be back.

First visit to the Liverpool store today. Incredible staff and fantastic service. Had a fitting with Megan and it was unlike any bra fitting I have ever had. She was knowledgeable, honest and made sure that I left with the correct bra size. It took quite a while but it was not rushed at all. They really are doing the lords work in this store... buying bras in larger sizes is so tedious and can be overwhelming. I cannot reccomend this store highly enough ! Thanks megan x

I had a fitting today with the gorgeous Poppy. Most amazing customer service, the loveliest girl ever who made me feel so comfortable and amazing in the new bras. Never been in before but will definitely be going back to buy more. Today I visited the Liverpool Bravissimo Store to swap a sports bra that I ordered on line during lockdown - unfortunately it didn’t fit so I waited til the store reopened recently - and how pleased I was to actually go in , in person and get professional friendly and safe fitting advice - the online support was helpful but It doesn’t beat the care attention and knowledge of your shop staff. Thanks so much to Paula and Sarah today - your friendliness, excellent customer service and sheer experience has made me so happy - I love my new sports bar and bonus bra that I bought. This shop is amazing and your products excellent value given that they last well and give you a shape that makes you feel fab

Outstanding experience at the Liverpool store yesterday, a friend recommended Bravissimo to me but I was a firm Calvin Klein girl. I walked past the shop yesterday in L1 and thought "what I have got to lose" so I ventured in for my first bra fitting in over 25 years 🙈. Lauren was amazing, contactless expert fitting, turns out I am a 34F, no wonder my 32DDs have not been doing the job!! The whole experience was so positive and friendly and relaxed, I kept my new bra on as couldn't face squeezing back into my old one! Left with 4 more Fantasie bras on order for free delivery to my house. Totally changed my physical shape, feel a million dollars and my clothes all look so much better without random lumps and bumps. A total convert based on great customer service and great products. Thank you all at Liverpool Bravissimo!! 😁🥰🤩

Popped into this store in Liverpool just to have a quick look. Decided to ask to be measured (last measured about 20 yrs ago!!!) So glad a wonderful assistant named Sarah attended to me. Absolutely amazing young lady. So respectful, helpful and never once compromised my dignity. Not a tape measure in sight, Sarah was able to provide me with the correct fitting bras. Bought two bras both 32FF, I had been wearing 32DD!! I will definitely be returning to this shop again 👏

Amazing staff... Warm welcome as soon as you walk in the door, everyone in store so friendly and nothing was too much for them, they were all so helpful. Fantastic shop. Great advice, the staff are willing to spend time with you to ensure that you get the right product for your shape. Online customer service is also lovely should you have any issues. Reward scheme is a nice addition, looking forward to my free bra.

My wife loves this shop” we live on the Wirral but it’s a short journey to get to shop well worth the effort. We are always made welcome and greeted by friendly staff normally you would make an appointment for fitting but we have never booked always been seen within half an hour or less I think it’s an expensive shop but I’m told you have to pay for the best ! Shop now in Liverpool 1. One of the few shops that has seating so I can sit down whilst fitting takes place. To be recommended.

Turn the heating down for goodness sake. I had to leave with the wife as it was unbearable. And stop with the 'we have other sizes in the back'. Get them on the body racks so we can buy then. Not everyone wants to ask for stuff 5 to 6 times in a shop

Fantastic shopping experience, experience, needed a new bra, but always buying the wrong one, was measured in the changing room while there is a sofa for people to sit on while waiting for you, they bring bras to you and fit each one individually, they write the sizes for you on a loyalty card and once you purchase 10 bras you get a free one. They have a new follower in.
