A. A.The staff here are the epitome of true customer service. I really can’t thank Isabell and her team. I had a fault on my Grace bag and had issues getting it fixed at APC stores in both NYC and Temple in Paris. Was going around in circles trying to get a solution (the handle kept screwing itself out of place and the entire strap would fall off) and Isabell located me a replacement within days. Thanks again!
S. N.A beautifully designed french denim store selling high quality denim, if your looking for superior quality European jeans this is where to start. Worth every penny. Store is beautifully designed with enticing soft lighting and wood finishes. There is also a specials rack for those on a budget yet don't wish to sacrifice quality or style :) worth every cent!
A. M.Clothes are lovely, but they have a very frustrating system of hiding all the clothes out the back so you have to look at a iPad and ask for them. It's a bit like an upmarket Argos clothes store. The staff were pretty disinterested in the customers, playing on their iPhones and bringing wrong sizes out. It's a shame, because it used to be a great store!!!
