Very good online shopping experience. I like how the products are photographed instead of modelled. Good layout and descriptions without being “curated”. My only suggestion is an ‘email me when back in stock’ feature as I’d like a zipper pair also. I bought a pair of Levis’ the day after Boxing Day which were despatched the same day and received the following day by a free recorded delivery service.

I popped into American Classics yesterday. Such an iconic shop, full of a fantastic range of great quality brands. I'm 48 and remember first going here when I was in my late teens....its so great for such shops to survive for decades in a difficult market. However I have to agree with other comments about staff....The chap with the glasses was super cool and friendly, however the other chap was dismissive, unfriendly and it was as much as he could do to actually talk to me. One of those 'I look too cool for school and you're not worthy of shopping here' kind of people. If you're reading this and it's you....sort your attitude out and be friendly to your customers. I really liked a shirt yesterday, however I decided to walk out and shop elsewhere due to your unfriendly manner. The shop may have been here for 38 years, however don't take that for granted. I would give 5 stars, if it wasn't for the customer service of but one individual. Time for some staff training.

Fantastic service. They had a jacket in stock that was no longer made and unavailable in the US. I was able to purchase it and have it shipped to me for a very reasonable amount. Excellent transaction!

They really exceeded my expectations today. I ordered some Red Wing boots online but I misjudged the size (they run large). I emailed to ask if I could come by to exchange them and without me asking they sourced a replacement pair in smaller size for me. It was all set to go when I arrived. Everyone that I dealt with was super helpful and friendly. They were able to give me advice on how to care for my new boots too. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Quite possibly one of finest shopping experiences I've ever had. I went here to buy a set of red wing boots and the clerk knew more about the boots that Mr Red Wing himself.
