Just bought my second Belstaff jacket yesterday. Anya was extremely helpful and nice. I came to this store 4 times in the last two years to try jackets and she was helpful every single time. Today was the day! Great unrivalled quality and design, especially for leather products.

Lovely staff, went in with male friend but he was frustrated that something he was expecting wasn't in stock & said this was happening more & more lately, maybe covid interrupting supplies? There's nothing much on the website either he said. I'm just happy to sit in the warm, comfortable armchair while he tries stuff on. I have bought a couple of things there, but it's mostly for men, the women's stuff is largely disappointing I find. Nice staff though.

We visited the Regent Street store today and we were looked after by the most fabulous member of staff Ania! She was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. She made sure we got exactly the right size and colour for a Trialmaster jacket and couldn’t have done more for us. We found the experience of shopping in store to be far better than shopping online. Thanks so much Ania! PS they also love dogs.

Bellstaff where do I begin, I ride motorcycles sporting Bellstaff jacket with armour, I also wear it on a night out and it never misses a beat. If only people realize that it’s better to invest in fewer classic pieces than many pieces of lesser quality. There’s a reason why Bellstaff says since 1924, must be doing something right. The staff at this store was impeccable like Bellstaff products.

I don't often write reviews but felt compelled to do so because of the excellent advice I received from Emma at the Regent Street store this week. While I am a first-time Belstaff customer, I have been aware of the brand for some time. I was looking for a warm winter jacket. I am not going into stores at the moment so I called Regent Street for advice. Emma was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me narrow down to two options. Because of Emma's professionalism and helpfulness, I placed my order and can't wait to receive the jackets.

Have to completely disagree with the previous reviewers experience, my wife and I visited the Regent Street store today(2/4/21) and received outstanding customer service, from our assistants, their knowledge, willingness to assist with my requests and the overall atmosphere of the shop made for an extremely pleasurable shopping experience. The next time we are down from Leicester I will be sure to visit again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff the vibe is very different from other Luxury goods stores - the staff are not snobby but instead are very down to earth and make all customers feel welcomed.
