A. L.I love this cute shop that sells goods by independent designers including clothing, jewelry, hats, bags and knick knacks for the home. I may not always buy something when i go, but when I do, I am always sooooo happy with it as there is usually one/two of each size... and you know you are not likely to see it on someone else. They also do yoga there... I still need to give that a go.
A. L.I love coming here for the yoga. It has been on my doorstep for years and only now am I making the most of this fantastic place for yoga with insightful teachers. Especially enjoy the yin and restorative yoga with Ling. Every Monday I feel set up for the week (actually skip with delight leaving) and sleep so well. It is also a fab way to start the weekend here with a yoga practice. Heated flooring. The workshops and sound baths are divine. TLC. It is all about self investment. One body, mind and soul so nurture it. Smile from within your heart.
