I love this place! I popped in to take a look at the items and I ended up buying an absolutely gorgeous winter coat, at a very good price 👌. The place in very nice, clean, tidy and auper organised. The staff is very polite and attentive. There is an employee, Italian man, I believe his name is Sergio. (Sorry, if don't remember clearly) and he went extra mile when I asked if he had a dust cover for my coat. I love this kind of service!, it makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely come back! ❤👍

A good place to spend your time, the staff are really friendly and ready to help. The store is clean and tidy. I arrived at noon and the store was not crowded at all. You are not going to get super cheap stuff, everything is around 20%-25% off. The greatest discount goes to around 45% off. Bags are a bit out of fashion ( at least £500) but that depends on your personal taste; coats are around £500-£600, a wide collection of scarf ranging from £140-£365 ( based on the material). Shirts are at £130 or so. They also sell down jacket, and I think it is not pricy at all.

Nice and clean with a range of items, from bags to shoes to coats and swimwear. Like others have said, it's not on the cheap side but there are some good bargains. Would have had a nice and enjoyable experience were it not for the French member of staff who wouldn't take a hint. Tried to be polite and listened to his ramblings. Made some efforts to bring back the conversation to the clothes on at least 3-4 occasions, but I drew the line at his "I have a health condition...I have palpitations when I see beautiful women". I didn't bother to find out if that line was referred to me or not, I decided to leave...without buying anything. I didn't stay long, maybe 30mins. Shame.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Burberry Factory Outlet in Hackney. The store was bigger than I expected. The range was decent. The discount was generous. I went in there just for a look but walked away with a gorgeous wool pea coat. The staff were all friendly and helpful too. A great shopping experience overall.

We went few times but today was really quite. The staff were great, very helpful, friendly, I enjoyed my shopping today. Want to give compliment to Igor, he is French, gave me great advice on the coat and sizing and also looking for the rucksack for me. He was soooooooo friendly. We had a little chat, appreciated the attitude. Trust me, not everyday you would meet a SA like that. Also want to thanks the SA girl who spent ages looking for the rucksack for me as well. She was very polite and friendly. And the SA guy who got me the coat too :)

I had been planning to visit the Burberry outlet for years but location wise it was not so convenient to do. The outlet was a lot better to the expectation I had set for it. The store is rather spacious, the clothes are well presented (you can tell someone put an effort to design the floor layout) and the staff are very professional and helpful. You can find a huge variety of the well known Burberry jackets on very good prices. (Personally I find the high street prices of the brand fairly overpriced, but I am guessing people buy the name). All in all, certainly worth a visit.

Easy to reach here by public transportation, you can take overground to Hackney central, then walk 5 minutes. Compare here to Bicester village, you can have more choice, less queue. My wife purchased a 100% cashmere jacket, original price £1795, outlets price £750, equivalent to 42% of original price.

Not too bad if you're going for the classics, it's an outlet so obviously the prices are cheaper but I was a bit disappointed with the shoes section... it's far from the city so I'd suggest going only if you have something specific in mind like i did (the jacket)

Nice place, if you want to buy something cheaper from Burberry. As soon as you enter, you feel like you are somewhere in China. Lots of people from Asian countries, but there are some European and UK as well. There are so many clothes, and some of which are from new collection. Recently, we bought our daughter a jacket from Burberry at Selfridges for 160£, but the same jacket here costed 79£. Maximum discount on all items, approximately, is 50%. So, now you have an idea what is like there.

Very quiet on a Sunday. Prices were decently discounted for what the rrp is. Parking is a nightmare. Can't really fault the store though. The staff were very helpful and very on top with their knowledge of their products. Didn't purchase anything on this trip.

The outlet is fairly easy to get to with public transport and if you're driving then there are paying bays available near the store. The store has a ramp for disability and pram access. You are greeted by a friendly member of staff at the door. Small selection of children's clothing. Decent selection for women. Discount is okay but still a little pricy

I stop by every time I’m in London. You will be hard pressed to find discounts like what you’ll find here. Couple that with the VAT back and the promotions they sometimes run, and you might be able to pick up some very nice pieces for 80%+ off. The area has also developed quite a bit in the past decade or so. There are now a number of premium outlets that offer substantial savings over normal retail prices. So the Burberry shop doesn’t have to be the sole purpose for the visit anymore.

Decent store and it’s quite big for what it looks like from the outside. They have some nice things and majority of the store looks like a normal retail shop (not a designer brand). They are not that cheap compared to what it was sold at retail value, so you do end up spending quite a bit. I know it’s Burberry, why call it an outlet store if they only have sale prices?

I would describe the Burberry Outlet as a hit or miss opportunity to get great deals on Burberry clothes. I can remember the days when I used to only wear Burberry to swim. Their clothes are trendy but expensive. The outlet store gives you an opportunity to still pay a lot of money but to buy a whole lot more for the money you spent. We bought our son a trench coat that he will treasure forever or until he grows out of it!

Big outlet store, huge range of trench coats. The service is okay, but really you are expected to serve yourself - no one offered to help but when I did ask if another size was available they did go and look for me. Discounts are around 30%, some items at 50%. I purchased a coat and was given a 12 month warranty (included as standard I believe) that I was impressed with, given it's an outlet.

It's quite far from central London, but it's big, so many products inside. A female staff from HK named S is quite nice. (I'm the girl from Taiwan,if you saw this, I was the one bought a girl shoes asking for box,😛😛😛) But the male staff who's in the reception , when he put my box in a paper bag,he kind of threw it on the desk, very loud.🙄. Definitely worth the trip! Every time I've gone I found an amazing piece at a third of the cost. I would recommend going on a weekday in the morning as the afternoon tends to get cluttered up with tourists buying massive piles of things and thus contributing to the wait and less staff availability for help.

If you visited the Burberry outlet store in North America, you may find that this factory store may not offer you the best price but it offer you excellent service. We're impressed by the friendly staff who assisted me to get a classic trench coat. She taught me how to choose the size, how to wear it, and how to fix the belt in order to demonstrate the best of our body and the trench coat. She also share the knowledge and the function of each part of the trench coat. I found that we are not simply buy a trench coat from this store but also learn the Burberry knowledge. Again, no photo-taking in this store.

The outlet is at east London which is a bit far from city centre. Mostly tourists are shopping in this shop. The products are almost from two seasons ahead. so if you like new styling, you don't need to travel all the way to the outlet.

Price is indeed low and it's just 5 mins away from the train station. Staff was nice (both of its meaning) and I could always find someone when I had problems. However quite a number of classic designs is missing and you can only buy online with full price. Like the classic scarf. I can't believe I lived in London for three years before making here. If you like Burberry, you NEED to visit – the discounts are huge. An easy walk from Hackney Central station, the place is massive and has a wide variety of men's and women's items. It's OK. Alot more female items than mens, which is fine but disappointing for me. If you're OK with bright red, olive green or mandarin orange coats and jackets then you can definitely find it here at a huge discount. I actually found the department stores on Oxford St to be much cheaper than the outlet store when it's on sale. I think many of the luxury brands are now manufacturing items that are selling only at outlet stores at a lower price - which means lower quality. This place does get pretty busy even during weekdays with many tourists so if that's not your scene, you're better off staying away.

for over 7 years , they still don't have customer toilet! they took millions from customers every year, but since 2010 they never think of to build a customer toilet! Sunday hours: 11:00-1500 (the telephone number has a recorded message) Another user makes the point about bags and the £1 coins. The shop is very close to a large Tesco store. Today saw mens £1.1k cashmere coats at £700 and other wool/merino & cashmere pieces with 30-50% reduced. Menswear/Kids/Womenswear and also accessories. There are even multilingual staff and it appears to be on the tourist trail for Chinese visitors to the UK. I took the number 30 bus from central London. This might take >1hr but is very easy from Marble Arch/Euston or Angel. In summary, if you are East and like Burberry stuff worth a visit; it might give you a huge saving. Point to note, Pringle outlet store has just opened and Acquasutum outlet store is currently in construction.

Despite the odd location (on a small side street behind the Tesco's in Hackney Wick) this Burberry wearhouse is bigger than their outlet in Bicester Village. I've only lived in Hackney for, oooh, about 7 years, and I've only shopped at the Tesco opposite this street, ooooh about 200 times, and I've only heard about this store from neighbours and friends about, oooh, ZERO times! The Burberry Factory Shop used to be a well hidden secret but noe it seems the word has definately spread. It's not unusual to be stopped by Japanese or Italian tourists in Hackney's Mare Street asking for directions to the Burberry shop.

This Burberry store used to be the factory before they relocated. As such, the store is huge with a large variety of choice. Unable to find anything in my size as most of the stock comes in the morning.
