Excellent Customer Service, Its a Must Visit Place for Me Every Time I'm in London. Especially in The Sale Times, You Can Get a Decent Bargain plus Alot of Articles They Have in Store You Can't Get Them From Other Clothing Stores e.g. Flannels and Harvey Nicholas.

Shop manager was welcoming and friendly without being pushy. He gave honest advice and I didn't feel any kind of "hard sell" like you might see in other shops. Not for hipsters.
