I just wanted to say I've been to this place afew times and every time I've been there, It's been a good place to go and see with loads of different jackets and for me if you're going to spend this sort of money you have to go and see it. I just can't believe people are giving this a bad review what a brand experience. These jackets are incredibly special and the best thing about this London location is they have pretty much every style and every size you could want. The staff were friendly incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. The whole environment is totally amazing. As are the jackets they last a lifetime and have a lifetime guarantee. Much better than the New York location

Very helpful staff in this shop. I went in with my work clothes on as I’m not often in central London with spare time and they didn’t mind. A lady helped me and got me all of the items I required and helped me try them on. She gave me honest opinions on how they fitted and was knowledgeable. Great service by Mariana at the Oxford Street store in London. I have been meaning to visit a Canada Goose store for while to find the right size in a parka for myself. It was a warm, sunny day in London so my friend and I were offered water by Mariana and then received the ultimate service when trying on these amazing quality coats. We were advised on different features of the coat, practicality was described and the lifetime warranty was explained (which was news to me!). Can't wait to order my jacket in the perfect size this winter. Thanks for the service Marianna, and I would definitely recommend this coat to anyone looking for a practical, high quality coat this winter.

Didn't end up buying anything, the one thing I tried wasn't the best fit. I think the clothes are a bit over rated for the price point but the staff in there were all very friendly. Greeted us on the way in, then again when we went up stairs. Two members of staff asked if we needed help. Only downside was I think there were too many staff in such a small space upstairs, more staff than customers and it made it a bit uncomfortable to have a proper browse, not their fault though they were all nice enough.

The only shop worth buying a winter jacket at. Expensive, may be, but it’ll save you wearing a hat, jumper or changing your wardrobe for a few cold months! So actually, is value for money! Staff are great too of course!

Store and staff fantastic, product looked amazing however when I got home the jacket had a hole in one of the pockets where the stitching had not been done correctly or had split. This is a two day old jacket so phoned customer services which is an 0800 number but based in the Netherlands. The customer services rep informed me that I can return the coat to the store and it will be replaced, unfortunately I was in London for a couple of days and don’t fancy a 5 hours train journey just to return a coat. Next option is to use the warranty service which will take 6 weeks. So pay £950 for a jacket and then send it away for 6 weeks to have a pocket repaired. I love their product just find their customer service rubbish. For this reason I would not recommend them.

I went to the Regent Street Store Yesterday Morning to miss the Crowd so I was surprised that it was already quite busy. 😊 I was welcomed by Friendly Security Staff and was directed to the lift as I find stairs a bit difficult, I was served by Saad who got me the correct size PBI Chilliwack which colour Blue needs to be seen to be believed I think. I have to ask for Saad to be Commended please and the rest of the staff was friendly as well so I had a superb experience buying my new coat. My one issue is the Zip which I am struggling with, the zip on my old Borden works like Silk so I don’t know if it’s because this one is new but for that amount of money it should be easy to use from the start I think. Been here a couple of times and found the staff very helpful and friendly. The selection and range is very good and I like the warmth that their down jackets offer. I like their new wool - down jackets and they're perfect for spring use. Coming from a cold part of the world find that down jackets provide the best heat to weight ratio. What I did find disturbing when visiting the Regent Street store were all the activists shouting outside the store and screaming insults to the customers exiting the store while the police stood idly by. Everyone have the right to their opinion but I also have the right not have their opinion shoved in my face and being abused simply for disagreeing. Canada Goose have my full support and I will continue to shop here.

I treat my self to a new coat every Christmas and love the products that they sell with friendly staff. Just when they get a new coat it will take 2-3 weeks to go on there web site but that's the only negative

Flagship Store of Canada Goose in London. This store is huge with 2 levels, women on 1, men on 2. Great opportunity to experience and try on Canada Goose signature parkas. Store gets very busy and service takes time as this is located in the heart of London's shopping district. However, don't expect what you cannot get on Canada Goose website to be available in store. This is great for shoppers looking to get an understanding of colors, fit, finish, materials, not try and buy what you desire.
