Been there for couple of shirts. Really cool Staff. Very helpful n attentive. They help me to choose the stuff I needed. Variety of colours, styles n fabrics. Nice location just in middle of Brent Cross Shopping mall. All the staff wearing mask which is good sign. Making u feel safe as well.

Fantastic and the epitome of amazing customer-centric focus. Went in to the Brent Cross branch and was served by a professional and knowledgable gentlemen called Rishi. He took sizes of my son and recommended several items. In the end we walked out with 5 shirts. Will i go again? Yes.

Excellent experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I tried on shirts to check the collar size, sleeve length and fit, the staff being only too happy to assist. I chose shirts but unfortunately 2 were not in stock so they ordered them into the shop for next day collection. I was not available to collect them but found a message on my phone to say they had arrived. Went in today to collect them and completely different staff on. However they were just as friendly and obliging. Will shop there again.

Cannot fault their products. I only buy shirts from them. The shirt construction and materials are quality down to the thread and buttons.Fitting is always as expected (good). But I would not mind if they experimented with some stylish detailing on shirts like inside of the collar or down the buttons. Just a suggestion but I guess it might not suit the brand. Still will buy their shirts.

Never have I ever seen such un helpful unwilling staff one lady didn’t have the Passion in order to sell a 64.99 shirt just said it’s our brand that’s why it’s 64.99 didn’t not try to persuade be into believing I was buying a top quality shirt. If I was the manager I’d look into staff and there sales technique I’ll be spending my money elsewhere

Apprehensive to visit at first as I am used to shopping elsewhere. But, from my first entry through to my departure, I was warmly greeted and served by a welcoming and accommodating staff. Perhaps, just lucky that there weren't a lot of other customers. Just waiting for my order to be delivered to my house. Hopefully delivery time is as described to me. And they offer brass collar stiffeners!!

Was looking for a present for my friend. A staff member, Katie, came to my assistance immediately. Was giving me suggestions and ideas. Then gave me some space and time to check things out. Afterwards, I thought the best thing was to get a £50 voucher. Katie sorted everything out and was attentive. She asked if I wanted to leave the envelope opened so I can write a message inside. Further explained when the voucher will expire. She also had a chat with me about the recent sales. All in all, a good all round customer service. She treated me as an individual and was detailed to attention.

Okay service. I usually go here to try out the clothes I then buy online. Sizes vary greatly even for the same clothing line particularly for jumpers.
