I. O.Really excellent products and service. Ordered winter cycle gear: leggings, long sleeve jersey, wind-proof jacket. Really surprised by the great price but even more surprised by the quality of service and product. Personal comms to check in on delivery, and the gear really is great. I went out in the snow for a 2.5-hour ride and was toasty and dry. Really great stuff and the price is unbelievable!
A. L.I ordered some cycling bib shorts on Thursday, selecting the free delivery option - and they arrived on Friday, less than 24 hours later. Not only was the delivery fast, the quality of the shorts is amazing, and not just for the price. AND they have pockets! Very impressed with FDX, and I will return.
S. M.Perfect for beginners and people new to cycling on a budget. Good designs and reasonable quality. The clothes are really not too bad at all and not at some of the silly prices you see around. I had a few issues with the delivery which you might expect at the moment but was kept informed all the way. They responded to all my questions quickly and professionally. r. f.Bought a thermal Jersey here and the price was quite competitive to other brands. The material used seems good as well (can't say much yet till I ride few kilometres.I will update soon. ) I was really impressed with their customer support. Had a windproof jacket that was too small for me and I emailed if I can exchange it. They replied quickly and was happy to exchange it with a medium size. It did cost me a small fee to return it back (my fault anyways so I was happy to pay for it). Plus they mailed it back at no extra cost. Overall would happily recommend to friends and other cyclist.
J. G.Recently bought a summer cycling bib shorts & Jersey set and waterproof jacket. The website was easy to navigate and I received a courtesy email from the company to thank me for my custom after purchasing, which felt like a nice personal touch.
The items are well made and fit great, quite unbelievable considering how reasonably priced they were. Not had chance to road test them for a long time but they are comfy on the bike and are clearly high quality products.
Will definitely be using FDX again!
M. G.Stumbled across FDX when searching for some new cycling bib tights and a long sleeve jersey. At first I was skeptical due to the prices of the products (when compared to the crazy prices some cycling attire brands charge!!), however I checked reviews and they were all glowing!
Ordered bib tights and a jersey which arrived the following morning and I have to say the clothing is unbelievable value for money! It's as good quality as my more expensive garments!
Also received a personal email from the company owner to check if I was happy with my order which was a nice touch.
Massively recommend these guys!

N. F.I purchased some FDX J4 full finger cycling gloves a few weeks back for road cycling use. I was originally attracted by the very competitive price. They were delivered within 48 hrs, and on receipt I was most impressed with the quality, and the design looked as professional and sporty as the advertisement. They fitted perfectly, and the quality of manufacture is spot on. They performed well on several rides, keeping my hands warm and dry. I was so impressed, with the quality and value, that I have now purchased some more FDX design gloves for mountain bike use. This time I opted for the RD style in blue and black, with bigger gel pads to cope with trail type riding. I was not disappointed!! the quality and service matches easily the much more expensive gear from the 'big name' shops, and to add icing on the cake a nice personal email from FDX thanking me for my custom! Top marks from me!!
J. T.I first came across FDX sport on Amazon because I was looking for a pair of women's winter bib. After reading the reviews I went for a size small (I'm about 5'5) and they fit me perfectly. They are of great quality and look as good as new even after a few wash. I was so impressed by the quality I went on their own website to get another pair of winter bib.
Royal Mail was to deliver them but after a week of not receiving anything I got in touch with the FDX team. They got back to me very quickly and even send me another pair free of charge. I said I will return them if the original pair ever turn up. A week or so later the original item did turn up in the post along with a few missing online orders I had placed with other companies. When I got in touch with FDX again to see how best to return the extra item they emailed back and said I could keep it as a gift.
I was so impressed by their excellent customer service, some of the big companies out there should learn from them! I highly recommend this company and their products. I look forward to my next purchase from FDX sport!
