Went to pick up an online order today and also made a small purchase in store. Shop floor was impeccable and the staff were lovely. Friendly, personable and helpful to the point I feel compelled to be a returning customer. Great experience. Will be back to get more clothes!

Lovely experience with great customer service! The girl who helped us had only been working there for a few weeks and was super chatty, helpful and friendly. We now want to check out the flagship store because we had such a genuinely nice experience! Someone give that gal a bonus 💛

Amazing customer service and clothes! A friend of mine had talked about this place and how they offered cute clothes and personal styling clothes (which I have never tried before!!). I made an appointment online before even checking out the store, but I have no regrets!! The clothes are very nice quality, and they have an awesome range of colors and options!! The woman who helped me, I believe her name was Alice? I forgot to ask but she was extremely helpful and sweet!! I tried on a lot of clothes and it was so difficult to pick only a few as well, so hopefully I can go back when I'm closing to going home. Either way, I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to seeing their website!! Also I do suggest making an Instagram account as well, so people can share/tag the clothes and it may attract more customers!! :)

Definitely 5 star! I was walked in SoHo when I saw the window of this shop and straight a way I was in love with the style, I didn’t supposed to buy but when I came in al the collection was absolutely gorgeous and the staff it’s amazing, I found already my new personal shopper, Sarah gave me the best customer service that I received in all my life... the end of the story is.. I went out with two big bag full all clothes😂; the prices are really affordable and you have a good choices about everything that you want... I can’t wait for came back another time.

On the 18/12/19 at 4pm, I was making my way to work when a man was walking up the road chanting. One of your colleagues (a petite, white blonde woman I’d say no older then 22) notice the chanting man and noticed I was watching him a bit concerned. Your colleague stood right beside me, waited for the man to walk up the street and made her way back into your shop once he had moved on. I just want to say if this was the ladies intentions (as I could have it wrong but sure I don’t) this woman deserves a raise!! She made me feel so safe and it’s so nice to see things like that these days!! Also can you give her a massive thank you from me!! ❤️❤️❤️ Your colleague deserves the world!!

Amazing shop. Love the products. Foremost I adored the individuals who ran the shop in soho. So helpful, full of amazing advise and style. They have given customer service another meaning all together. I would definitely recommend.
