I’ve been to Hawes & Curtis a couple of times so far and on both occasions I found a good customer service and nice shirts for very affordable prices. Their staff members tend to be friendlier and more willing to help compared to the other shirts shops on Jermyn Street hence why I’ll keep going back in the future.

Great selection, and great suits. Marked it down a star as the staff on the day seemed distracted and kept running off to help others while we were asking for their help ourselves. We had to stand around for ages waiting for someone to assist us with the suit we wanted to try on/purchase. When they did help, they disappeared shortly after and rather than come back, went again to someone else. They kept tending to these other people so I suppose it's possible they booked an appointment, not sure if that's something this store does. It didn't feel like it though, felt more like they had walked in just like us.

Great experience buying a wedding suit - talked me through the process from start to finish, turned around alterations in a couple of days despite being busy at the time. Suit looked great on the wedding day!

Wonderful customer service! We went there to find my partner a shirt and we were amazed by the knowledge of the men working in there. He only needed to look at my partner to know his correct measurements! Also as the girlfriend waiting for my boyfriend to try on his shirts, I felt very relaxed, all staff members were chatty and friendly while we waited! Definitely will be returning again.

Went in looking for a women's shirt for a wedding. The store was immaculate and the customer service was excellent. The woman who assisted me was friendly and professional and helped me choose a style and fit suitable for me. Will definitely be returning, it was a nice change to have a stress free shopping experience.

Was served by a gentleman by the name if Naman who helped me buy a suit in the 1913 range and I can tell you that his service was amazing with his knowledge and the quality of the suit was also incredible. I was so happy I ended up buying another suit and had some alterations which were done very quickly for a wedding needed a week later. Very happy with this place.

It was my first visit to Hawes & Curtis yesterday and I was very pleased with the shop. Hawes & Curtis has a more intimate shop layout than T.M.Lewin across the street. I think that allows a personal experience between the clerk and customers. I definitely was served well and I appreciate the expertise and knowledge that had on hand. The shirt quality is simply superb. The two fold cotton is my favourite shirt fabric now! Left very happily with 4 formal shirts and a high quality leather belt for less than £140. They had a superb 20% sale discount week and I was very happy.
