J. I.Funny story... Visited here on new years eve I think...this year, Flew in from St Vincent (12 hours of flying, 8 hours of delays, 4 hour layover in Barbados and several hours on the beer)airline lost all my luggage in the process. Wound up in London at the crack of dawn at -4 with just shorts, T-shirt and a wallet, smelling like a brewery and looking homeless if i'm honest. Amazingly I couldn't find a single shop open to buy more clothes so wandering around London Bridge I wound up outside this shop (which was closed) but there was a Sales person in the shop... I tapped on the window, explained the situation and they opened up the shop early, suited and booted me and sent me on my way. Excellent customer service and I'm grateful to the staff that saved me from being a human ice cube...
