I have used Klasik for many years now. The frames are amazing and an excellent price (after i paid 3 times the price for some vintage frames from Soho). Adam has expert knowledge of the frames and is so professional and keen to please. We rarely visit central london now and even over email and internet we are able to get an excellent service. If you are concerned that frames are vintage and thier condition.... dont be .... go for it . You wont be dissapointed.

This is the second time I’ve bought from them. Great service! Showed them a frame style I wanted from a picture as I couldn’t find any on the stool, they had two pairs in stock and email me to let me know that they’d be there the next week for me to try on. Adam at Klasik is one of those rare people you meet in business: highly professional, customer focused and a genuinely nice person. My husband bought a pair of glasses from him last year and they are the best frames he’s ever had. What struck me when I picked them out was how new they looked for vintage glasses. Adam told me that Klasik take old frames apart, clean them up and put them together again. They clearly do a great job. So many companies, whether their business is based on providing a product or service, fall down on the quality of their customer interaction. I see it time and time again. However, Klasik is a great example of how to be both consistent and efficient in communicating with the people who've bought from you. I’ve exchanged a number of emails with Adam and he always gets back to me promptly. I had an issue with one of the screws on my glasses: because it’s vintage, I couldn’t find the right screwdriver to tighten it. Plus, I live quite far from Spitalfields so Adam arranged for me to post my glasses to him and he then sent them back to me for free. I didn’t even have to ask. He came up with the solution and it was absolutely no trouble for him. The only thing I think Klasik could improve is the updating of their website. The frames I initially wanted that were sold some time ago are still online and showing as available to buy. Fortunately, though, there was a similar pair in stock. Overall, the quality of Klasik’s products and customer service mean I won’t just be recommending them, I’ll definitely be buying from them in the future.
