o. d. a.Yinks was super helpful and kind to me today. The fitting room was sprayed and cleaned before use and we were offered sanitizers at the entrance.
The other staff with her today (09/10/2020, 11.30) needs to work on her approach. She had mentioned it was "goodwill" to exchange (tag was off) an item that didn't fit which she gave to me the last time after I gave her the same size in the blue colour. She never apologised and came up with excuses. Not good enough.
Overall this branch is consistent and very good with customers been there several times.
Please note due to my experience your size might vary depending of colour.
T. N.I don't usually leave a review, but on this occasion I have to say I was really impressed. Big thanks to Claudia who on entry greeted me with a smile and helped me find what I was after in less than 60 seconds... she than used some sorcery by telling me exactly what size I am and guess what.. she got it right. I then paid for the item and all this was in the space of 5 min! Keep it up girl ! :)))
J. L.At least, jeans that are consistent in sizing and aren't made for people with huge bottoms. The staff were great and helped me find the right style and size and although the jeans were relatively expensive, they really are a lovely pair and for perfectly.
