The smell of latex hits you as you open the door. But it's all down stairs! The staff are above and beyond helpful! There is so much there to choose from... I would have walked away with the whole shop if possible. But I'll just have to order from the online store. The quality is some of the best I've owned! Can't wait to acquire more. They have toys and other assorted stuff on the ground level.

First of all, the latex is top notch. I have been shopping here for many years, and even if I had two (small) complaints in all that time, they were resolved immediately, and in a way that I would describe as perfection. The outfits are fantastic, the customer service is the best and friendliest you will ever experience, and just about everything they sell is great quality. I cannot recommend this shop hard enough, either the physical store in Covent Garden, or the webshop.

Looks small from the outside but don't let that deceive you. Ring the bell and wait to be buzzed in then enjoy the sensual aroma of latex and leather. Smaller items up top, but downstairs in the labyrinth is a large collection of mens & women's latex ready to go. Came here on a 30% off night and wasn't disappointed with the amount they had in different sizes. Although they don't do made to measure, they do stock a larger range of sizes from XXS- 6XL. Staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly.

Incredibly lovely and helpful staff. Bought a skirt, I'm quite large expecially in thighs and it fits wonderfully. Seams are very good and it seems like a very quality item. Prices seem a little bit cheaper than the market standards

Tugged away in the narrow streets of Covent Garden is this lovely store. It looks small on the outside, but inside you can find latex for anyone's taste. Helpful staff, who also know much on the latex scene in and around London. Should plan a bit more time here next time when around.

Lovely place, friendly and correct staff in a shop fully loaded with beutifull pieces to wear. We have fitted clothes and ordered our favovorit colors with help from a shop team member on line in the shop. Two weeks later we received the dress exactly as we hoped it to be...SUPER!! As a bumbling flustered customer- (buzzing the door twice by mistake- and then getting the door stuck) I initially felt like a bit of a wally, but the incredibly kind, warm greeting I received and then all of the interaction following- was completely sincere and endearing. Small shop but packed to the ceiling with rubber, leather and steel fetishistic items covering most tastes.. Staff are welcoming and friendly so you won't feel uncomfortable or intimidated...... The hand made, 'Venetian style' masks are stunning...though will most likely have the same effect on your wallet 😂😂😂
