Massimo Dutti's largest shop in London with more selection then other shops. This is a nice boutique to walk and choose, the man selection is spacious and the fitting rooms clean. The staff is nice and helpful, they are not prepared about fabrics, but happy to find your size. Prices are standard and you can find sales easily.

Great cloths from casual to formal wear. Good choice of shoes, belts, leather bags for both men and women. Very good quality. My wife also found the womens floor full of great choice, colours and styles. Friendly helpful staff. Recommend a visit, don't be surprised if you end up buying more than you bargained for 😊

Wide selection of quality and stylish clothing. I appreciate the atmosphere of this store, small downside, the staff is not very responsive and not always attentive but if you look for it yourself you will be delighted with your purchases.

Since it is a Spanish brand, the store size is relatively small and the prices are expensive. The staff were generally indifferent, so I had an easy time shopping. It's usually a bit pricey, so I often buy it when it's on sale.

This brand is at the "top" of fashion, but happily adopts a "chic" classicism. Few customers know that this store is not of Italian origin, but of Spanish origin, as a subsidiary of the well-known Zara brand.. 💕!!The prices are a little higher, but remain affordable.. The welcome is always friendly, with young salespeople coming from all over Europe, and Spain in particular!! 😉 For Christmas, this store based in London offers crisp white blouses, in beautiful cotton or silk, embroidered, or with delicate lace.. or very beautiful, classic and well-cut black jackets.. Guaranteed effect on New Year's Eve!! You will also find capes, coats, or jackets in very soft leather, "perfecto de luxe" spirit.. as well as all the necessary accessories.. Boots, and ankle boots, belts, scarves, scarves, jewelry... For men, a virile style.... assertive, with very beautiful coats, jackets and jackets, in flannel, velvet, leather or very beautiful sweaters in wool or cashmere.. Coordinated scarves for winter, bags , and belts.. In conclusion, a very pleasant store that I recommend... and which can be found in France 🇫🇷 and almost throughout Europe..

It's the sales period at Massimo Dutti London, don't hesitate to make your purchases. There are many items that you will like. I love this magnificent brand of clothing.

If you're a fan of Massimo Dutti, this is a pretty good store carrying more items than most London stores including their limited edition items. On quite a few occasions my size has been out of stock but staff have always been very helpful when I ask and have told me where the nearest store with an in-stock item is. Sometimes they come across pretentious but are generally helpful.

Item was nice but took fifteen minutes and two attempts for them to retrieve from stock room. The colour was very different from the web site. Then the sizing not standard with far too long arms on jacket so did not end up buying. Staff are helpful but a bit too attentive, was literally opening and closing buttons, pulling at shoulders to check fit as I put it on. I did not want or appreciate this and it was particularly offputting. Staff member ability to speak English clearly was not really good enough in a London store. Regent Street store is in a handy location. I had wanted to use more but do not envisage using again.

Popped into the Regent street shop recently and was served by a charming young lady named Ugne. Absolutely fantastic first class customer service and she helped me find everything I was looking for. I could not find my size so Ugne went back and forth finding it for me from the stock room and helped me find different outfits too. Really good quality service and products. Could not be happier with the service and my items I bought, Massimo has now become one of my top 5 places to shop in regent street!

Products are hit and miss, lots of terrible stuff, but occasionally you find something decent. The biggest issue is the staff. I think I've met one guy in this place that was worth dealing with - and guess what, he's left now and moved back to Italy. Its not the worst place I've ever been, but somewhere like Reiss puts this place to shame. There the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help, at MD just getting someone's attention is a challenge.

I must say the store itself is always well presented and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. It doesn’t get too busy like other nearby Massimo Dutti stores so I enjoy this one more than others. They don’t always have the sizes I want and things often sell out which is why I gave 4 starts rather than 5.
