The gentleman with the lovely light eyes was really helpful when my husband and son needed a suit. Unfortunately the DKNY suits he really wanted wasn't in stock in that store but he was very helpful trying to see what was possible so thanks for such a lovely smooth suit shopping experience. Very good customer service pls pass on our thanks 😊

If you go to this branch, do not let anyone but David serve you. He is the superstar we all need. Sorted me out with a perfectly fitting (through his alteration measurements) blue Hugo boss suit. Recommended a beautiful tie and perfectly fitting shirt. I have never been happier with a clothing purchase, and this happened to be my wedding suit ! I appreciate you david !!

Visited Moss Bros this morning for a suit for a funeral and was greeted by David, who was polite and helpful. He knew exactly what I was after and even knew my size just by looking at me. In and out in 20 minutes, the best service I've experienced in a long time. 👍

Great service from Carlo. Was invited to a white tie wedding and hadn't a clue on what to hire. Carlo was knowledgeable and without his assistant, it would have been very stressful. He even went the extra mile by hiring another bigger size suit in case. This was done without extra cost. The product was good and price good value too.

Great Service.........Eventually. I wanted to hire a KILT for a Christmas party. I wanted to order online and collect in store but the website seems overly complicated and even when I persevered with it knowing my sizes, I got to the final page and it said I need to go in store to get measured for a kilt. Annoying but ok. I went in and asked an advisor to help me with the hire of a kilt, he took me to the back of the store where the garments for hire are and started showing me suits. I said I needed a kilt and he said, "Ah ok sorry I know what you want " then continue to direct me to more suits. I said a kilt. I had to bring it up on Google images to show him. He then called another member of staff over. His name was CARLO and he knew what I wanted and he helped me and gave an A1 service from then on in. I just assumed as I was directed in store via the website that the staff would all be aware of the range of garments available from Moss Bros but honest mistake. The original advisor I spoke to, I didn't get his name, apologised as I left saying he had worked at that particular store for over 3 years and no one had ever asked for a kilt before.

The customer service in this store is phenomenal. I had a quite a large complex hire order of about £2000 for my wedding and had been to other Moss Bros stores who just wanted to get rid of me or do a quick transaction. The manager at this store however was superb in dealing with it and coordinate the whole thing smoothly. The other staff have also been very helpful.
