Amazing, helpful, enthusiastic, kind staff that will go above and beyond to find what you're looking for! HUGE selection of costumes for both men and women, really fun items. Tons of wigs, Halloween home decorations, colourful eye lenses (sold to 18+ only), party lashes, Snazaroo body paints, and typical cheesy stuff for hen parties, even flags (Japan, Wales, Croatia, Britain) for watching matches. You can try on the costumes there! You can even get adjustments (stitching) done, mine was a minor one and for free. Be careful as you can't return wearable items once you purchase them if you simply decide you don't want them anymore. Covid restrictions: limited number of people in the shop (so no crowding - yay). Can't recommend this shop - so much better than online shopping because you see what you get, can try it on, and feel easily inspired with so many items to choose from to combine for your outfit.

I was in yesterday looking for some accessories for 2 Halloween costumes. I was on a mission to find green sparkly false eyelashes and a dark green wig, both which are surprisingly hard to find. I was assisted by a woman at the cosmetics counter in the back who was very helpful in helping me brainstorm how to craft the accessories I needed from the materials they sell. She also was very helpful in showing me where to find other little things I needed around the store and advised me to go to a craft store close by for some things the superstore doesn't carry. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and I will definitely be back!

A rare find in London - so useful if you need emergency party supplies and it's fairly reasonable price wise. Friendly staff too and a wide range of products. You can even pay them to inflate balloons you haven't purchased.

Awesome place with so much choice and staff are very helpful. Some times can be more expensive than online but as a one stop shop it makes putting a costume together so much easier. Great choice for all types of balloons as well

With a murder mystery on the menu for Christmas dinner, I needed to get a few items. Whilst they only had a few accessories for the outfit I was looking for, they ordered in others from their other store the next day. Staff have been very helpful and friendly, fingers crossed the accessories go down a treat.

It's ok if you want basic costumes as a LOT of what they have is the same and not much choice if your bigger than a size 12 I would say but they do have a good choice of face masks and make up

Absolutely great range of things - I was in today to pick up some Halloween stuff and got some really cool goaty devil horns, but they have loads of other costumes and random accessories - will definitely be back for fancy dress! Also have a gorgeous security guard with a twinkle in his eye!

What a shop. So many sections, covering all aspects of a party from your house decoration to fancy dress to cake and food additions. The fancy dress/costume section is particularly impressive, with a basement full of previously hired costumes as well as brand new all in one costumes and lots of relevant accessories for both children and adults. I came away with two potential costumes for a party and would highly recommend as a one-stop source for everything.

only 3 stars because of the poor customer service from girls at the till at the first entrance. They just were talking together, I said hello twice, no answer. i said " i said to you hello you could answer back maybe" One of the girls looked at me and acted arrogantly then laughed at me. very unpleasant. Some of my friends had the same experience than me last week.

Went here on Halloween which is obviously a bad idea. They did great though by having separate cash and card lines. I was paying cash and the line for this was very short. However, the person in charge of this line couldn't count and made getting served pretty stressful!

This shop has got the biggest range of fancy dress outfits. A lot of stuff here you can find online cheaper (just like anything) but if you want to try it on or need something last minute, then this is your place!

I reserved a 'horses head' mask over the phone and popped in to collect it the next day - the quality was good and the staff were really helpful and friendly - novelty fancy dress stuff can be a little expensive but the product was worth it and the service made handing over the £20 bearable
