A lovely store with friendly staff.

My husband really likes this designer and we love to visit the shop in Covent Garden, not only because of the quality clothing but also because of the friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and most welcome. We visited twice during our last trip to London and were served on both occasions by a lovely Turkish lady called Fatosh (hopefully the correct spelling). She made suggestions, knew her stuff and went out of her way to help him choose the right styles, even providing refreshments. It was also nice to see Paul Smith making an appearance whilst we were there and we had an insight into how comfortable his staff were around him. We will certainly be visiting again soon. Thank you for a lovely retail experience.

I was very well look after by Kai. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. My wife was offered something to drink while I was trying out a new suit. The shop is nicely laid out and the ambience is first rate. I love the cut of Paul Smith's suits and the material is just amazing. If you are looking for a perfect suit, a Paul Smith designed suit should be on your very short shortlist and this a shop to go to. You will not be disappointed with either the suit or the service.

The shop itself is nice to visit with plenty of quirky British memorabilia on display. The downstairs has some nice and interesting tailoring items. Staff are very pleasant and good to help you pick the correct size (Paul Smith pieces can be on the small side).

Everyone in this store is uber friendly and unsalesey. I do appreciate these values when going shopping as I like checking my stuff and decide what I need or not. I got all the right information for my polos and I even tried some blazers.
