The staff are excellent and provide a service equivalent to personal shopper experience that other shops charge for, while also being skilled to do some customisation. Very impressed.

Had ordered online for delivery to store and there were some issues on my side of the order but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly so that everything got sorted in the most pleasant way and I couldn't even be upset about the delivery delay caused by the Brexit-border-mess.
M. K.I never bought a jeans in Pepe Jeans but I did it this time because in this shop in SoHo they are not only super friendly but even employ a Designer called Manto who personalises your jeans !!!!
She did it for my YouTube Channel and in perfect colaboration with me. Super helpful and talented. She is very creative and fast, dedicated and exceptionally friendly/nice!!
The company can be very happy to have her. I will come back for more, I think..
