K. B.Absolutely love the products from Plumo but the ordering process and knowing when the products will arrive is rather hit and miss.
We ordered three things and they all arrived separately with no means of knowing where the missing two items were. The billing process was a bit confused too. Have recently received a fabulous summer hat, canvas shoes and masks and a delightful pink sweater. All gorgeous quality and look fabulous on (maybe not the make but they feel super!) Would be really happy if the speed of delivery and information about when things are going to arrive was a bit better. Appreciate the problem with the virus may have had an impact.

M. B.I have to agree with Cara; the masks are a good, robust product and well cut for protection too.
It may simply be the case that the company does not have the available resources to match the delivery times of Amazon and John Lewis’s and a little patience is required (''seven days'', meant nine in my case)
Their despatch staff are working under safe distancing guidelines, so it’s likely this company is doing their very best under very challenging circumstances. Also factor in that customer services are working with those same restrictions in place.
I have no hesitation in ordering from Plumo again. Their linen mask is something that I will definitely be recommending to others seeking to purchase one or to of.
G. S. L.I am very pleased with my purchase though delivery took a bit longer to arrive. The mask is well made, comfortable to wear and most importantly breathable. I am going to place further order for the masks to give to relatives. Also with every sale, Plumo is donating to the 'Masks 4 Heroes' crowdfunding campaign providing PPE to NHS frontline staff. Worth supporting!
D.I have bought two linen face masks and am very impressed by the quality and workmanship of the products. The face mask is very comfortable to wear in these unprecedented times and washes well at the high temperature recommended.
