They have a good collection of Chelsea boots, belts and small collection of men's clothing. The shoes are extremely comfortable and great looking, and they offer a resole service. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about their collection. The store is a bit small, which makes it quite busy even when only a handful of customers come in and they seem to lack a few colors/sizes for certain shoe/belt models.

Dont usually write reviews, however I had the best shopping experience at R.M.Williams and had to let everyone know. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I was well fitted out (staff walked to another branch, grabbed another pair just to make sure I went for the right pair- they are handcrafted after all!). Got the best boots for my day to day lifestyle. Really impressed! Cant wait to start wearing them!

You'll never buy a finer boot. Just research your boots and then message me to say thanks :) These are made from one piece of leather and stitched along the back to form the ultimate walking boot of the finest craftsmanship. The service is impeccable and the 'cost per use' on these is down to pennies for me. I've had a pair for 7 years and use them almost daily... Only re-soled once! Go try them!!!

Amazing customer service! When Westfield didn’t have the boots I needed in the right size they called Bond Street & established they did & reserved them for me. Ten minutes later I received a call from Bond Street asking if I’d like them to post me the boots, free of charge, to save me a trip to get them. They arrived the following day! Can’t thank them enough - my husband has been buying their boots for 25 years (but given how long the boots last that’s still only half a dozen or so pairs!) & this was a last minute birthday present for him, very gratefully received!

Just used the recrafting service. The staff was excellent and set my expectations in terms of lead times accurately. The boots came back from Australia looking brand new at a very affordable price. I really appreciate that RM Williams has a recrafting service available. Good quality shoes are expensive (as they should be) and RM's recrafting service is a commitment to the quality of their product. I would gladly buy boots from RM again.

High quality hand made boots, clothing and accessories from Australia. A little expensive perhaps, but durable and the quality shines through. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they carry a good stock of products and accessories.

Excellent quality boots made from one piece leather, I have been wearing for years, lvmh have bought them and I think the quality has dropped slightly. Shop very narrow and long but not true to the brand heritage, you need a few horses lol 😂

Not the friendliest store -suspect that their attitude is related to their location. If I wasn't already a long-term customer of the brand, I would have walked out. Other, non-brand shops such as Elms of Burford does a far better job of representing this great brand in the UK

Didn't end up buying in store, but the sales person was nice and helpful allowing me to try everything on. The reason i decided against buying in store is this store is in London and the exchange rate isn't great, buying online instead where I'll save a good amount of money in USD.
