Bo is THE MAN! 4 recommendations bought 4 pieces. Give this man a nice little Christmas bonus and better yet a promotion. And upgrade your Omni channel and returns process as it sucks having to pay for returns and getting a refund after.

Large reiss store....love the clothes. Not suitable for overweight folks.

If you like Reiss it's a great store. Their suits don't fit me very well but the staff was great. I do however have an issue with the adjustments they made to my suit. The two legs are not quite even and the stitching is not really straight. You can return the product to be fixed but this should have never reached a client in a state like this!

The Best customer service ever!! Even comparing with more higher designer brands the service i received from this store i was Amazed. All the staff were willing to help. The lady by the till was busy with other client but still recognised me waiting and approached me politely. Other lady on the floor was runing around with camera man, but still gave me the priority to help. Lady who was steaming the garments which i didnt even see came to me asking if she can take the clothes to hang so i dont have to carry around. And the Most patient gentleman in the check print suit , bless ! Tried so hard to find the size i need. He found the store, gave me the number to call. So so helpful! Thank you so much ! (And im sorry i dont know any of your names) Im sorry i had to run out and Left the garments behing that i wanted to purchase. I did bought the garments i wanted later on,unfortunately from another store as i couldn't make it back. And still on the hunt for the trousers!! However- BEST CUSTOMER SERVISE EVER! Thank you all!!!

Lovely store, spacious, exclusive and very modern. Got a bit of the "oh, you don't fit in here"-look from the staff, but I ignored it and enjoyed their lack of interest on me so I could shop in peace. I was a bit turned off by the fact that some of their white tops had make-up stains on them. And the coat I liked was covered in floor lint. No big deal, most make-up washes out and lint is easily removed but I expected more from a store with such an exclusive profile.

Was here to pick up my order. Went to the store and everyone was trying to help other guests because they will get commission from them whereas my clothes are from delivery so they don’t care at all. I wanted to return them after tryin because the color and material look different from the website and two sales people try to ignore me by telling me they need to help other clients(which I don’t see). The manager at the end was very helpful so I still give a 3 out of 5. Will not go back to this branch again because the service really disappointed me.

Whilst the staff were more knowledgeable than your average clothes shop they weren't as friendly or attentive as other Reiss stores I've visited. I'll just go to a different one next time... Which is a shame because it's actually one of the bigger Reiss stores.

I have been a bit addicted to Reiss dresses ever since a) Kate Middleton bought them and b) I started being able to afford them too. The great thing about them is that they always look really stylish (someone once asked me: "Is that an Alexander McQueen dress?" when it was in fact from Reiss) and you can pretty much wear them everywhere. They are quite well made too. Top tip would be to sign up for the mailing lists and wait for the sales.
