S. H.This isn't the best store for women's clothing as the space is small, it feels claustrophobic and there's a reduced selection due to the size. It would make more sense dedicating the whole store to men's clothing (or women's) and giving the ground floor a bit more of an entrance with some clothing.
I'd recommend visiting the store on Vigo street or better yet, at Market Place as it's spacious and slightly hidden from the hustle and bustle of the West End.

l. b.The personal shopping experience with Rachel is amazing. I would recommend it, its free and you get treated like a celeb. You get the whole of the upstairs to yourself, she picks clothes for you and if they don't have your size she will order it and have it delivered to your work. Bring your credit card...
