Love this shop! Customer service is great and the variety of cloths is massive! Reserved is a polish brand and the style of cloths they have is quite unique to the rest of the chain shops (Zara, h&m, etc). The prices are similar to H&M and so far everything I bought from Reserved had a great quality. My best buy so far was my coat. It was the first time I visited Reserved in London and I had a good impression with the store. It was very spacious, I like how they arranged the items, it was very nice and tidy. I did not see any fell off clothes so basically it was brilliant how they maintained cleanliness of the shop. The wifi was fast connected too. I really enjoyed my shopping time when I was there! Hidden gem of Oxford Street, with brilliant and affordable fashion, that sits above other brands like H&M, Next, etc.in terms of style and fitting. Nice selection of offers too, and a shop to be visited for sure if the shopping list includes budget friendly clothes and accessories for most genders, ages and sizes.

Large and really beautiful store. The busy Oxford Street will make you seek some peace inside the store and you won't feel like leaving it... their staff is professional and friendly. If you don't know the Reserved brand, they provide modern, fashionable, clothing at a reasonable price. Most of the clothes are of good to medium quality (casual everyday clothing), but some items seem meant to be worn once, e.g. some party wear. The originality of the brand is in the details and you won't find much eccentric pieces. I gifted some Reserved sweaters to Japanese friends, as representative of modern winter apparel from Europe. They loved it and wear it proudly and often. The quality is good as the sweaters are in good condition two years later.

Great store for the entire family to shop in. You never feel out of place even if you're not a fashionista. Excellent prices, great quality for the price, and the designs are much more forward-thinking than H&M, the quality is better also.

The clothing selection and sale were really good but there were no baskets and this made things very difficult, I had to stockpile everything into a bundle in my hands and couldn't grab other items I wanted to see. also no signage at the tills to say where to queue as in which side, this would have made things a bit easier.

Great value for the price and I love the fact that clothes survive more than few washes to compare to primark or even H&M( I find their quality gets worse every season). What a nice hidden gem, it gives me zara/ topshop/ river Island. Prices are reasonable service was quick and with a smile. My only reservation was when it's time to return an item..there isn't a closer store other than central london..be careful peeps. I visited the reserved store for the first time whilst meeting Tanya burr and it was delightful. There was a continuous supply of caramel popcorn and hot mulled apple juice in a reserved cup, I mean all in all a very positive experience!

I love RESERVED, it was my favourite "go to" store in Riga. I was so happy that it's coming to UK. Yesterday I finally had a chance to visit it. Loved the clothes, they are absolutely bomb design and quality wise, but a bit confused by branding for UK market. Because in Latvia Reserved feel like it's name: reserved, sophisticated, calm but fashionable. A lot of office appropriate wear. Latvian Reserved is Zara's well behaved daughter; London's Reserved is H&Ms edgy sister that studies fashion degree. So I don't know, I just like the feel of Latvia's store more, cuz it feels less intimidating. Also the space is obviously waaay too big for the range of clothes Reserved offers, and because of that a lot of stuff repeats itself in different spaces, and it's all over the place, really hard to navigate, so hard actually that even staff can't navigate it. I asked someone about a skirt I saw online, and they said they have no idea and that I just have to look around. I expected at least checking in-store stocks. So if staff doesn't know where or if they have it, how a person first time to the store should? I don't think it's the problem with the staff, more like merchandising department should think harder on their planogram, because right now it's not logical or ergonomic enough. You come in; you're lost; you want to get out. I hope this will improve with time. I did end up getting three garments though, but I feel that I will gravitate away from unfamiliar feeling store to online shop which thanks god didn't get rock-star makeover; or shop in Latvia on my visits there. BUT huge kudos for keeping European sizes on tags!
