I now feel compelled to write here that Myles has arranged an effective resolution to this situation which has left me entirely satisfied with the customer service of Richard James, which I judge to be remarkable in having gone above and beyond the call of duty in order to make amends here.
Ordered a few things in their sale only to learn a week later that none of it was stocked in London. Ended up waiting nearly a month for my order to arrive from New York. They still neglected to refund even my postage despite my asking. In fact, when I phoned their 'customer care' line the gentleman I spoke to seemed as if he could not care less about the inconvenience. I definitly will not be shopping here again.
