M. P.Very happy with the four MERRICK BAY KNIT JUMPERS and denim shirt I ordered online. Quality superb. Friendly staff too when I visited store in London, Regent Street.
First order was SUPER fast- maybe next day. Second order took longer than usual- about 5/6 days. But this is because of higher than normal sales during Dec/Jan time. Online customer service respond fast.
Only downside is products arrive in plastic packaging NOT a box like other big brands, I.e BOSS, Ralph Lauren etc
H. W.Such an awesome store experience. The staff Nuno and Christo are so attentive and helpful when it comes to looking after you. They are at your beck and call and giving you an honest opinion and excellent advise.

I am visiting from Australia l, my jeans developed a hole in them after wearing daily for 18 months, they were unable to switch them out but instead took them to the tailors and fixed it right up no charge. I only by rodd and gunn because clothes should be disposable and I know I'm always going to be looked after.
