If I could give this place 6 stars I would! The staff were absolutely lovely, chatting to me while my Husband tried on clothes. Particularly the Italian lady with the black/red hair, sorry I didn't get your name!) Massive selection of alternative clothes, some quite expensive but plenty of sale items to suit even tiny budgets. Will definitely return next time we're in London!

every time i return to this shop there's more on sale and at an unbeatable price!! with 4 floors it's awesome to browse and pick up pieces Ive been looking for or just call out to me. The main vibe is gothic but there's a Lolita section too!! Would recommend going in, the staff are lovely <3

Amazing Staff. My partner and I walked to to get sorted for Halloween and walked away fully kitted out. Massive thanks to all the friendly staff. Nothing was too much and stayed with us till we were sorted. Highly recommend!!!

Far and away the best shop in Camden. I had a truly joyful experience, helped in no small part by the fact that the staff are kindness personified. I left with a magnificent and slightly camp walking cane, but I'll be back for so much more. Wonderful stock, lovely people. Pay them a visit.

I saw a jacket I liked and tried it on but it was too small. one of the staff said she could get a size up, and came back with one in a couple of minutes. when I tried the new one on, I tried again and realised I didn't really like how it looked on me. I had another look around before walking back to the front and apologising for the extra trouble, but the lady was understanding and handed me a card on the way out (I think they have an online store). they have some really cool gothic and lolita things here, and the staff are really friendly ^^

Great shop not just for goth but also steampunk. Their range of dresses, corsets was impressive but then when we ventured upstairs to the gents section.. holy doley. Pricing is a bit steep but to be expected in Camden. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

There aren't many shops like this in london! I've been shopping here for about 10 years, the staff are always lovely I always end up having a chat with them. I love the brands that they sell, I just wish they had a wider range of footwear though, some demonias would be great! In response to Jennie's comment about them stocking Infanta dresses, I don't see how thats a problem, I don't think they've ever claimed to sell original designs? They just sell a range of different brands.

I went in this shop for the first time about 2 weeks ago, visiting from france. The shop looks gorgeous and there is a good variety of items for everyone. Unfortunately, the t-shirt I bought from the brand Devil Fashion is already unwearable because of holes who formed in the fabric and a part of the sew is broken. I can not return this item because I am in france and I am very sad because the design is great. (I own a shirt with lace and jabot from this brand and I never had any problems with it, I may just had no luck with a poor quality item/manufacturing defect) Also, some of the staff members were not really nice, but the others were really nice and friendly ! I might come back next time I am in London, but I will pay more attention to the quality of the items :)

Per-fect ! This place is the goth/metaldhead's eldorado ! I went to the store once when I was in London and I found the thing I was looking for for years ! The staff is really nice, they're here for you, without bothering you. As I live in France, I also ordered clothes in the website and everything went well, delivered at home 4 days later ! Just one thing : the sizes are quite small. if you buy on the website, make sure you don't need to pick the larger size :)

Today I made this account just to thanks this wonderful shop and the young girl who served me. A while ago, I think a year or more, I went to Sai and been served by a girl with white hair and dreadlocks, an impressive neck tattoo. I think it was a wolf or an animal anyway. Unfortunately can't remember the name, it was an unusual one. Hope she still works there! Anyway, I needed a dress for a party and I remember she said to me I was going to get any men I wanted with that. I bursted in laughter, I was 5 years or more single. I bought some more clothes and left. Well, today I found out I am pregnant from my beautiful man, who I met at that party and he loved my dress. Thank you so much to that beautiful girl!! Perfect service, perfect clothes! Many thanks!!!

An absolutly great gothic-shop in Camden Town. Great clothes for gothic-style. The shop has also a little variety of fetish-gear. The employees are nice and helpful. Should you ever be in the Camden Town Markets, then this is a place you really should visit.

Beautiful range of gothic clothes. Just a shame on the "plus size range" as there isn't much, but I'd definitely recommend giving it a visit as jewellery, head pieces, cloaks and capes, belts, chokers e.c.t are available as well as sale bits downstairs and a small amount of homeware stuff.

Nach London bin ich deswegen geflogen um einen Hochzeits-Anzug für meine Hochzeit (Themenhochzeit Viktorianischer Ball) zu kaufen - und hier drin bin ich schlussendlich fündig geworden. Die schönsten Rüschen-Hemden und Brokkat-Westen, die ich in mittlerweile 15 Jahren Szene-Zugehörigkeit anprobieren und schließlich auch kaufen durfte.
