I went three times. Sophia Webster: empty shop, good selection of flats, very friendly staff Selected designers sale: pretty selection of items and brands, lovely staff But the reformation is a disaster: no size at all and only have weird items I have no idea are products of this brand. And very long queue, poor staff. This sale disappointed me quite a bit but also Great that I guess from now on I can pass this brand ( no idea that many people like this brand and a £250+ dress is made in China !) and this outlet sales Still 4 stars because the first 2 experiences were amazing !!

Very disappointing recent experience with the company. False advertising and unreliable customer service I went to Sophia Webster sale event in store and found out that I was given only 45 min time slot that would include all their usual procedures( check in, wardrobe,etc). It was a rush for me and quick sales for them topped up with a lot of hassle where you can try the shoes on, yes it was mainly shoes. By the way, I am not sure about the compliance with COVID rules regarding trying on shoes. Everything was a big mess and rush for the cash in the end, not to mention about “herd of cattle treatment” approaching the end of the time slot. I had previous customer service experience and it was ok but if something gets wrong, just forget about it. You cannot get an exchange or refund even for faulty goods. Ridiculous. What does this company rely on?! Low-involvement customers? # I would like to update my previous review because it was a misunderstanding in the communication with customer services. I went back to the shop to return or exchange my purchase and ended up with 3 more pairs of sandals! Sometimes clouds have a silver lining ...

I regularly attend the sample sales run by showcase. Customer service is always excellent and they always have a great selection from top designers at the best prices. I've recently shopped online with them and again it was a really good shopping experience which was made even better by the lovely Emily who very kindly amended my order without any fuss. The staff are efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have attended events here multiple times and they are by far the best managed in their niche. The space is clean and well managed and the Online time during Covid 19 with particular mention to Nadia have been accommodating and responsive. Always a happy experience, I only wish they offered cash payment in store as I lose my card every week lol.

I bought beautiful Aspinal leather goods for my husband and myself at a fraction of the rrp. They were well packed and I was notified just before delivery when to expect my parcel. It took a little longer to arrive than initially estimated due to covid restrictions imposed on the packing areas but when I enquiried customer services ( Katie) were extremely helpful and set my mind at rest.

What an AMAZING shopping experience at Showcase. I have never been to a sample sale event like this, everything was displayed so clearly so it was easy to shop and the customer service was fantastic! Amazing experiences, i have shopped at showcase a good number of times & consistently the staff are so lovely. They always go above & beyond for you. Cant recommend them enough, perfect location, great staff, organised & great prices what more could you want! my favourite sample sale destination!

I've been to Showcase a couple of times for sample sales. I'm not sure if the venue is ever used for anything else, but it suits sample sales fine. It's a few minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus and is easy to access by bus or train in central London. Once you get in the building there is a pop-up clothing shop at the entrance which is a bit confusing if it is your first time at a sample sale. You would usually walk in a bit further past the pop-up, queue and pay a few £ for entry to sales, then check in your coat and bags (make sure you keep your wallet with you whilst you shop). There are basic changing rooms within the sample sale area but these are nothing special. The staff are efficient but are not always the most pleasant; I've witnessed staff pushing through crowds and speaking to customers rudely.

I got a gorgeous sofa at the Jonathan Adler sample sale and a super chic Christopher Kane bag at a different sale, both for an unbeatable price! The space is bright and spacious and the location was easy to find on Regent's street. Staff were incredibly helpful too :)
