I went in here for the first time today 15.05.19 and had none of the issues that other reviews seem to have mentioned. I asked the young lady to check for sizes XL and she went and checked multiple times on multiple items, all very courteously and helpfully. The 2 lads on the checkout were also very polite and courteous. Even the older security guard type bloke standing at the entrance acknowledged and greeted me on entry and exit so customer service was fine. Great range of items also and good for finding XL and XXL sizes.

I can't vouch for the store experience but I can for the online experience. Website was easy to navigate and shipping was swift. Bough a sweater on the 15/1 and it arrived on the morning of the 18/1. Sweater was of extremely high quality and super soft compared to Supreme. Will definitely buy again in the future!

Very nice looking store and very cool interiors to match. As mentioned by some of the other reviewers, some staff can seem cold and impassive but never had a rude experience here. Prices are high but to be expected from a premium brand with a long history of experimental materials which will get you noticed!

Just how I like it when I decide to venture into the West End to have a discreet little Sunday shop. I experienced NO fawning, NO hard sell and NO attitude in the store - shop staff let me browse without being on me, sales associate helped me out getting a size that was not on display, we had some banter at checkout desk and I left with my purchase. The Stone Island Flagship Store provided me with great service ( I was the gentleman in the green jacket / trouser combo that purchased V0029 XL with sales associate A.Z assisting through the sales / checkout process ) Thanks!

Spoke with a chap behind the counter who was very kind and helped me get a security tag removed from my garment even though I didn’t buy it in their shop. Absolutely perfect service! You get what you pay for with stone island, it isn’t cheap but if you go into this shop don’t expect anything else. The staff were not rude as some other reviewers have said. I was left to browse and had plenty of assistance when I needed it, I walked away with my purchase happy, and the security guy was sound. Don’t listen to the clowns that under rate this place as they obviously don’t know quality!

When we visited the shop, we were told that tomorrow their new season of items were due to come arrive in store; the staff let us try on what we liked and offered to hold the items we liked for us until the next day, we returned and preferred the new items and bought from that instead. I always get the impression that the staff there, but for one young man who's always very friendly and helpful each time I visit, treats customers like a burden. Good selection but there's nothing there that you can't get online on websites like END instead. They also accept no refunds which is also bit of a bummer.

Classic store , could sleep and live in here , I have loved stone island since the 80s / 90s when it wasnt as mainstream as today . I owned a couple of the green lined badged jumpers , even going to Italys store near the fountain , the service here is amazing the pieces on offer are too. It's worth it just to take a picture outside the store .

A bit dark to see things properly... plus watch out for all the Made in China, Made in Vietnam products being sold for the same price as Made in Italy. As someone who has bought a lot of S.I. products in the past this makes me want to shop elsewhere.
