It is difficult to find Baracuta however they had a good selection in store and i managed to pick up a nice teal colour G9 ready for summer riding, the Stuarts Lambro is a nice touch, proper stuff.

Over the years I have purchased several pieces that includes jackets, flat caps, woolen vests and even shoes. I buy from Australia as these items are not readily available here and what is here lacks quality. The pricing is reasonable given the brands purchased. The choice of items is extensive and has broad appeal. The tracking is great for me as it allow me to be home when items arrive. Have never had a problem with sizing or quality as descriptions of items are well detailed.

Visited twice in the last month and had to leave a review: Best customer service I've ever received at a menswear store. Staff were knowledgeable, passionate and interested. I was talked through my choices and advised honestly; the store manager (I think) went above and beyond when it came to customer experience, polishing my new shoes at the counter and throwing in complimentary insoles. When I had to exchange for a different size later, I was treated respectfully and fairly. Returns were done and dusted with no quibbles. This is how it's done.

Store looked great, cant find many of these brands on the high street which i actually prefer as id rather shop independent than in some larger department stores where they do not really care about your existence if you're dressed in your work gear. I ordered a Napapijri jacket from the website, they initially sent the wrong jacket and after I've spoken with their customer support, I got a free return and a free shipping of the right one. Really fast response time, courteous, helpful. The shipping exceeded my expectations, usually it takes days for the package to arrive from UK to USA, but with Stuarts using FedEx it arrives in 2, 3 days. Excellent site, wide range of products. Jacket came as described, really nice, not a knock off, I am super pleased with my purchase. Will recommend and use it in the future. Thank you!

The short of it: I've been shopping with Stuart's only for a couple of months and have found myself constantly returning as a customer. I fully support them and I urge those who may be affected by bad reviews, to know that they are very prompt about refunding. Many times it is our own panic and oversight that causes the initial misunderstanding. I have bought quite a few things and they have been very responsive when it comes to refunds. Please make sure to double check on your own end before final judgement, since Stu appears to be very systematic and systemized, the chances of them making an erroneous transaction or process, is very very low and definitely unintentional if at all. I received great service buying some Danner boots from here. When I first walked in the sales person I spoke with didn't offer the best service and I didn't really like what I tried on. I was actually going to leave when a second salesman started asking me more details about what I had just tried and specifically what I was looking for. He really knew the product details well and what would work for me, and recommended I try a different style and size. These were spot on, as was his general attitude and chat. I purchased the boots and left happy. Will go again when I see this store stocking things I like over other places.

Not that far from London center, Stuarts London offers a huge choice of selected menswear brands. I spotted this store on "Naked & Famous" web site, went there for a pair of Denim pants. What, what! Ordered a pair of Naked & Famous jeans from Stuarts of London this past Monday around noon Pacific Standard Time. I received them around 9am this morning!!! Less than a 48 hr. turnaround, UK to California. Exactly what I ordered. I wish more companies operated with this logistical expertise.

How do I even explain this? I'm afraid I won't do them justice, but here it goes... To say that I've been left incredibly impressed, would be a terrible understatement. Not only did they take care of an issue (of my own fault), but they also had my shoes at my door step in 3 days time! From the U.K. to California. Amazing. Simply amazing. A+++

Most of the great independent menswear shops that stocked a handpicked collection from multiple designers & brands have long gone. Stuarts is the great survivor - thank god!
